So sad to see this place closed. I have been living in Eagle Rock for over 25 years and this place has saved my butt many times with coupons and reasonable prices when my funds were low. Yes the food has not been that great recently. But its a Burger King, so what do you expect?!?! Unfortunately, I suspect that the growing homeless situation in that small street on Fair Park Avenue has driven this location and its remaining customers away. These unhoused individuals regularly used their restrooms and they would even help themselves to the soda and water dispensers in the past prior to Covid. Today I even witnessed a homeless guy putting his tent in the drive thru!!! I feel sad and today, angry to witness what has become of this place. Hopefully some new business takes over this location soon. They hopefully will have better security to deal with the homeless encampment on that street because the nearby strip mall seems indifferent to this issue.

The 5 stars is for the nice woman taking my order at the window. She is always cheerful, kind, and happy. She has cool glasses. I appreciate her so much. She makes my day better when I decide to have a whopper for lunch. Thank you for always being so nice. And the whopper was fresh and yummy.

I normally don't eat Burger King. I haven't eaten at Burger King in years. I was watching college football, and I saw a Burger King commercial of the Italian chicken sandwich which was priced 2 for $6. I'm a notorious cheap a*** so this deal was appealing to me. I drove to the Burger King on Colorado Street in Glendale, but they said they were sold out of the Italian chicken sandwich, so I decided to go to the Eagle Rock location because it was the closest one. I got there, and the cashier told me they're only offering take out, the dining area was closed off. I asked to use the restroom, but they said the restroom was closed off too. I was pretty annoyed at this point, but I ordered and ate in the car. The Italian chicken sandwich was huge, I couldn't finish the second one. The burger king italian chicken sandwich is essentially a chicken parm sandwich, but for only a couple of dollars. The commercial said 2 for $6, but I guess in California, the price is 2 for $7, which is fine because the portions are huge. Typically, I complain about small portions because I have a big appetite, but I couldn't finish the second sandwich because it was too much food. Taste wise, it's actually better then some mom and pop sandwich shops. I was torn, do I give this place 4 stars for the good price and good portions and the good taste? Or do I ding them for not allowing dine in or access to the restrooms? I decided to give them 3 stars, but I resent them for not allowing me to use the restrooms.

Ordered a craving meal and another order of a whopper combo. The total was close to 50$. Delivery person came by only with two drinks and a Hershey Pie. Disappointment.

It’s in the middle, I really don’t like some of those employees cuz they treat you sometimes as a kid. The only employees I like the most is Nadia, Kaylyn, and Ignacio cuz they show more respect. I recommend to visit the other BK at Glendale which is the street of Colorado and Chevy Chase cuz they train properly as well as big parking lot.

Good but there is always room for improvement.

The employees who works there morning and early afternoon are friendly and respectful but the ones who work nights are less than subpar. I once asked to use restroom and the manager lied and told me both restrooms were occupied because he thought I wasn't a paying customer. I had bought a drink earlier and left to attend to some business and then came back twenty minutes later with the drink still. The same day there was also a girl who took my order and at first seemed friendly and chatty but then after engaging back her demeanor faded and she blurted, "I just want to go home" that I thought was odd and a little rude. Anyway, this is a just a fast food joint and from my experience here they've never gotten my order wrong.

Any fast food corporate restaurant that doesn't allow for complementary dipping sauces is not a fan of mine. 25 cents for bbq sauce is absurd. Also this location has a massive transient problem, hard pass.
