After reading several reviews, it is obvious that employees need to be retrained to properly handle the customers and handle most any situation that is presented. It's been quiet a while since I've personally eaten at the Montebello location... Last time the food was tasty, fresh, promptly served. The employee's not too informative or friendly when asked questions hopefully that has been corrected.

I had my first taste of this restaurant yesterday. I must say I was not satisfied. The chicken is not the best chicken as advertised on their windows. The seasoning is a little bland in taste if not purely salted. The rice looks delicious but is also bland in taste. The beans are not terrible but were salty. Their pico de gallo was the biggest offender as it had a sour smell already. Not quite fresh anymore. I hate to say it but El Pollo Loco has the edge on freshness and taste. I hate to say this also, but if you want one of the best rotisserie chickens, try to score the weekends-only chicken from King Taco.

They took a while to take my order, and they didn't let me know when it was ready, and they didn't give me napkins or a fork, so I had to go back and ask.The chicken was undercooked, I have photos where the chicken is redI won't return to this place.

Food is consistent in taste and Quantity. The employees...the person giving out the completed orders was no focused on her job she was more concerned with getting a customer's phone number. The error on my order was correct without hassle.The parking is terrible.
Ordered the party pack for 155 salad was nasty looked like old salad the chicken is 5 chicken was not cut into pieces had to do it myself for the price and quality of food id rather go to juans chicken much
