Entered the store to get some snacks with my friend and the worker stated there aguas and raspados are seasonal whatever after that the way she spoke to us with an attitude was not okay! After we left I decided to call another store because the one near my house always has those item and yes as expected they confirmed those items are never seasonal! Hopefully this issue gets fixed and the workers attitude.

I was disappointed today because the esquite I bought was extremely salty. I did add Tajín because it would have made it saltier. The powder chili is jus red powder without any flavor. None of the other salsas veré available. I didn’t enjoy my esquite like I used to. I hope my comment is taken into account because I like this place.

The female staff at night on Oct 11, 23 @around 8:20pm. Lacks customer service. She does not make one feel welcomed and is quick to cut customer off while he was speaking to her and ignore as he asked her a question.

This place never disappoints. Hot Cheeto fries with nacho cheese, fresas con crema, and a biónico. Cute little place with the friendliest staff. If you're looking for Mexican style cracks; chips, fruits and vegetables, smoothies, juices, ice cream, etc, this is the place. Add a mini Tajín for your purse to go!

Today the Person who is attending treated me badly that I could not sit in the seats while he did not attend to anyone until I left alone because I had a puppy in my arms and I was not going to eat and I always go to take them home I could not leave my pet outside ? I had to take my children without a side

This store has always been a staple for my family in the heart of East LA. So, we were especially excited to have them cater our dessert menu at my parents wedding! We received so many compliments from our guests about Michoacana's customer-centered focus and the variety of antojito's (cravings) offered! From paletas to crepes, there was something for everybody. Most of all, the owner was very communicative and attentive during our booking process, which made our planning experience a pleasant one. We will definitely be recommending this store and their amazing service, as well as products, to our friends and family!

Arrived at 840 pm with the kiddos for a "not so late" craving. Attempted to order tostilocos. Was told by worker Rocio, they only have ice cream available because they are getting ready to close (closes at 9). Nothing we could have ordered would have kept them past 9. We were the only ones in the store. No establishment I have ever been to does business this way. If you are in the store before closing you get attended until you leave. I would not recommend.

If you love ice cream this is the place! Plus you get a great variety of extra frozen treats! Delicious!!
I know that there are a lot of locations. However this is my favorite location in all of los angeles county. You would think that I would pick somewhere like in the middle of LA.. nope. I love how they never run out of the flavors that I love. Aros con Leche... rompope.. And everything is fresh it's not old you can tell that they really rotate the paletas. They are very flavorful always on point. I never have an issue with my polita you know now being consistent. Service is wonderful the staff is always nice. They always greet you they ask you if you need anything else you know they ask you how your day is. I'm not gonna lie the place could be cleaner but it's not the worst. The vibe is there, I like the decorations and everything I just I don't I feel like maybe they should put more effort in cleaning the floors and the counters.

This is the place I always come too because everything is fresh just that when I usually come there's a lady kinda blonde not really always looks like she's in a bad mood but today wasn't the case. I didn't get the name but the guy in long hair in a pink shirt today was very welcoming to my mom and I. Love to come to a place where staff is welcoming and with a great attitude.
