So the food was good I’m not going to say anything about the chef since he is the one who is just cooking. My problem is the OLD lady in the front. She’s rude and slow and doesn’t pay attention to what you’re asking. i asked her what was inside the burrito and she failed to mention all the ingredients which made us both not like the burrito since we don’t like onions or tomatoes in our stuff. Me and my boyfriend were excited to try this place for the first time only for her to mess up our order and treat us with an unwelcoming atmosphere. She was too busy distracted just staring into lalala land when my bf and i were trying to order. Then she keeps staring at us when we’re trying just to chill in the dine… I’m sorry as an interracial couple that’s weird why do you have to keep looking at us with a judgemental look? It was totally unprofessional and sad we spent our hard earn money just to feel unwelcomed. She was old with bright pink lipstick.

This place used to be awesome!! Now, I see there is a sign for everything and the cashier is snarky and rude. Why do I need an ID for a purchase???Is this a restaurant or your annoying tías house?!? It feels like there’s new management and it’s not welcoming to customers. No thank you.

The older lady at the counter was inappropriately rude & unhelpful. She did not offer condiments & said there was no salsa. I had to ask another person for salsa & extras which they had. I’ve been to other locations & always received great service! Lady, If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be at the front counter. It leaves a bad impression for Tacos Ensenada.

Food is great but to many signs with rules, refills 16oz $1.36 22oz $1.58, please do not steal the salsas, etc! They charge 3% if you use a debit card, arent they well enough as a chain restaurant to be ripping off customers??? Clerk didnt even say hello after i said

Great Fish Tacos!!! This place has Fish Tacos for $1.50 today. Soooo good and they are ready quickly since they expect the customers to buy them

Came here to try their Fish Taco Tuesday for the first time. $1.50 per fish taco is a great deal, especially if they are good. I ordered 5 fish tacos and an order of carne asada fries. Everything came out to just over $22. They are served with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and some tasty crema. Do be warned that they put some sort of hot sauce on the fish. Not sure what was on the carne asada fries, but they were good and very filling. The fish tacos were yum as well.All in all everything was good and I would come again.

The tacos for $1.50 on Thursday were ok (asada, Al pastor carnitas) They are very busy during lunch hours. The ladies don't have the best attitude, pretty rude. But I'll come back for the food.
WOW! Been up in the HLP for 15 years and barely went there for some papa tacos and they were such a smack I can't wait to try their fish tacos!!

Very disappointed in the quesadillas use to be one of my favorites, now the cheese is definitely different. I was told it was the same, however doesn't melt or taste the same.

This was one of our favorite places BUT over the last month or so, it appears that the cooks have been heavy handed with putting MSG in the preparation of their food. I am not sensitive to MSG but when there's an excessive amount, I can feel the coating in my mouth and immediately begin feeling extremely tired. I had two fish tacos and half a carne asada burrito and in about 30 minutes, all the water could not get this coating out of my mouth.Very sad about this latest change and will now have to find another taco place that doesn't use so much MSG.

I've been trying to check this place out a couple of times after work . I normally get off at 8 pm. So i rush over to buy some food and it's "closed " yet they have everything open & on Yelp it says it's open till 9pm !! Rude customer service !
