I accidentally got in the wrong lane, mobile pick up lane and the employee at drive through didn’t allow me to place my order and said I had to go back around. Wast of time and bad customer service.

This CFA location is my go-to since it's nearest to my home (in Ontario Ranch). The food quality has been pretty consistent every time I've gone here (probably a total of 10+ times in the past 3 years). Ordering using the Chick-Fil-A mobile app is my preferred method to get in and out quickly! You can drive to the 'Mobile Order' drive-thru line and it would typically breeze by the regular drive-thru line. The service is always friendly here (like most CFA locations). I'm not sure why this location is getting poor reviews especially since I've had nothing but positive -experiences here. in fact, after a couple visits here, I've been getting CFA mobile app offers from this location's owner for a free Chicken Sandwich or Mac & Cheese or Waffle Fries. EAT MOAR CHIKIN!

Customer service is terrible Ordered chicken minis and they forgot to add the chicken the rest of the order was cold Young lady said well what do you want me to do about it? I said can I get my order replaced and she said no sorry we can’t do that even with a receipt and bring the food back

I ordered a chicken mini combo but when I got home, the chicken minis did not have any chicken just the bread The hashbrowns were really cold. I reached out to the store but since breakfast was already over by one minute they weren’t able to do anything about it she was very rude and didn’t even care

This place sucks worst place in town attitude sucks food was sub par . Service was terrible made too many mistakes in my order. Basically got the impression from them tough shit. I'd drive out of my way before I go there again.

Customer service is awful. Reached out to them online never heard back from them. My chicken sandwich was cold and I had to ask them for assistance so the food wasn't worth it for the price. The way the handled it was awful. Haven't gone back since. Get a new operator and management team.

This is usually our go to spot. One night I went in the wrong line and there was no one behind me or in the other line I asked the lady if I can order still because there was no one in back of me in the other line and I'd be happy to let whoever came pass me up in line because it was my fault but she said no I couldn't order it was against their policy and I would have to wait in line for 30 mins and go back around if I wanted to order and she was rude about it laughing. The sad part is I'm there twice a week with my kids and she was always so kind till this day.

ordered ahead and decided to dine in, my food was ready as soon as i got in. the area was kept very clean and the tables even have fresh flowers. shoutout to Christian B. for his excellent service, he checked in on us and helped us with our refills and trash.

I thought chik fil a was of the lord?!? When did lying become a fruit of the spirit. IT WASNT the last time I checked.. THIS MORNING! I got asked to wait ten minutes for my Mac and cheese. I said no problem. I go park. Sit for no more than two minutes. I promise! I open my Mac and cheese, first red flag was when the dude brought it out. There was no eye contact. Then I feel the bag it's not hot?!? I thought I was waiting for the Mac and cheese to be done.. so I eat it cause noticing the Mac and cheese doesn't look like what it usually does. AND NOW I FEEL NAUSEATED. THIS ALL HAPPENED WHITHIN ONE HOUR OF EATING THAT FORSAKEN PLACE. This location is GARBAGE! No care. No truth. I'm questioning if the lord is still with them. WHY THE HECK DO PEOPLE NOT LIKE TO DO THE RIGHT THING?!? I'm over today's world. This has to do with the management in charge!!! Do better. Way better!!

Horrible customer service!!! I accidentally drove into the wrong lane- went on Mobile Order lane instead of Drive Thru lane. As I notified the younger girl what happened, I asked to place an order. I was informed to go around because they don't take orders on the "Mobile Lane" What kind of bullshit is that? I'm already here and I was eventually merging to the "Drive Thru lane". Your signage is tipped over and cones are all over place making is super confusing as you're approaching so how the heck was I, OR ANYONE, supposed to know which lane?! I'm so disappointed in this location and their mediocre customer service. I've always had a good experience with Chick-Fil-A up until this day. When I got to the window, they couldn't take my order at the window. After going back and forth with the other girl and the manager due to their store policy. Isn't your policy to also provide good customer service?! I would not be this upset if that girl standing around doing NOTHING would have made it right from the start. Like I said, I was eventually going to merge to the correct lane. Also, please fix that shitty lane set-up you guys have in order to better facilitate traffic. These kids want more wages but can't match the service. Do better.
