As far as service, the mobile order tracker was not updated at all. If I wouldn’t have left from my house with time I would have never known it was ready. Cashier was sitting at a table on her phone while clocked in. The soda machine only had 2 options since everything else was out(we were the only customers there). The food was cold to the touch and no sauce was provided on the meals theme selves. I am glad I ordered a side or else I would have had to eat the driest sandwich of my life. This was our first time give Dickeys a shot and it will be our last time visiting here. I suggest spend the extra money and time to go to Texas Roadhouse or other establishments serving this style of food. The cherry on top was finding plastic wrap in the pull pork sandwich, gladly my fiancé caught it before taking a bite (this was in the center of her sandwich. A waste of money,gas, and food. We threw half of it out. I expect a response from management and a way to be compensated for this terrible experience.

Brisket was so dry I had a hangover after eating it. Couldn't swallow it without a sip of tea. Their stupid straws snap if you squeeze them. Embarrassing. Lazy fast food. At least at McDonald's they build something for you to eat, all they do here is cut dried out cardboard meat and give you sugar sauce to cover your food in.

I must express my disappointment with our recent experience at your establishment. Our order arrived cold, with no sauce on the main dish or side. Regrettably, this will be our first and last time ordering from your restaurant. I cannot in good conscience recommend your establishment to others. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

First time coming to this establishment & im never coming back due to the fact that the food isn’t good. Dickies bbq pit I’ve been to throughout the IE does not taste like this, truly not a picky eater but I have to state this establishment is trash. plus the fry machine is broken?the brisket chilli I got was so oily & had so much fat in it. was absolutely disgusting. Ordered the #5 combo, pulled pork was so dry. Let’s not talk about the people they had working there today, such a idc attitude very unpleasant. I want a refund.

I highly recommend the potato loaded with brisket. They gave me a free scoop of ice cream after my meal. It was great. Great service too. My grandson told me about this place and it’s become one of my favorite fast food places.

Don't come here. It was my first time here, and the combo with the 3 ribs has no meat at all, its not enough even for a kid to eat. The food is overpriced.

Unfortunately, when I arrived for my online pick up they were closed for an emergency and I never received my already purchased food and now I’m having a hard time getting my refund. Establishment should have automatically cancelled orders they weren’t able to provide. Now I have to call my credit card company to resolve the matter.

Not only is the food terrible and the portions tiny, they are fraudulent. I went there and ordered 2 plates and 2 drinks. I asked for a receipt and how much it was and they couldn't tell me. They said their machine isn't working and can't provide receipts. The next day I see they charged my card $87! What the hell?I had to contact my bank about this...I am not sure if employees are adding tips, but this was my experience. Just watch out and make sure you pay attention to how much they charge you. Even if they charged my fairly, I wouldn't return because of how bad the food is and how overpriced it is.

Only 2 drink choices, no ice cream machine, out of brisket and chicken. They was also a dead cockroach on the floor, employees on their phones, and another employee took a bag of chips and started eating them.

We love Dickies, but will never be coming back to this one. The potato casserole was flavorless instant potatoes with cheese and chives sprinkles on top. They don't have waffle fries anymore. They sprinkled orange dusty sodium flavoring all over the fries. They do not have the ice cream machine anymore. There were only 2 drink options actually working on the soda machine. There was also a dead cockroach on the floor of the restaurant as we were waiting in line. We saw employees on their phones and another employee pocket a bag of chips and go outside to eat them. This made us very sad. Not the restaurant it used to be.
