We've been to this location many times since we live so close. The service is very slow. They always forget something. I should have known better than to leave without checking my bag. Tonight they forgot the salsa, Pico & my wife's vitamin water. I had to go back to get the items. My wife's bowl was very dry and there was almost no beans in the bowl. We probably won't go back to this location. We'll drive to Norco instead. This particular EPL is a hit or miss. Sadly today, it was a miss. I ordered a 3 piece meal with beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken was overcooked, therefore dry. The beans were undercooked, very hard. The tortillas were cut up as if for chips. The mashed potatoes and Sprite were good. :( Also, the receipt did not have the restaurant or Survey ID code so I left the review here.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! The general consensus among people that live near by is that this El pollo Loco is terrible and it's an accurate assessment. The staff is not friendly and lack customer services skills (especially the drive through). Orders are constantly messed up and the chicken is always dry. I go there out of convenience but never again will I go there. Sad that El Pollo Loco allows this to continue.

Absolute worst location in possibly Southern California. Chicken is always burnt. And pollo bowls barely even have 2 ounces of chicken. Just has never been a good location for the past two years. Service is terrible, and I never see anyone using gloves.
The family pack is one of favorite to go for lunch or dinner. Foods are always yummy, so our family likes this El Pollo Loco, and thanks to the friendly staff who are always welcome with smiles.
