I did a drive thru last night, 2/17 and the employee who gave me my order forgot to give me back my credit card. I was almost home when I realized I don't have my credit card so I called to confirm they have it. When I went back (I had to drive 6 miles back), no one even apologized for the mistake. Even the guy who gave me my order, who just looked at me when I asked for my cc, did not say anything. The lady who gave me back my cc just said "here you go". Just disappointed with the lack of customer service and empathy.

We love the breakfast burritos here. In fact, we have liked everything we have tried here. The breakfast and lunch selections are numerous and everything is cooked to order. Its fast service, not fast food. The world's friendliest and most accommodating staff. Everyone is so professional. This place has the worst customer service ever. Zachary had the worst attitude and then the lady that brought the food to the car stated all my food was in the box and we were missing food. Never coming here

One car in line behind me. The blonde guy Zach? With galssses was rushing me from the start. I CANT EAT PORK. I ordered my food without bacon. I ordered cheese fries. Why do you not give me what I ask for? I paid 50$ for what? To be fed pork? To be given plain fries? This is absolutely not okay.Went in for my refund. The shift leader told me she can’t do that? They handed me $20 what is that? Where is my orher 28$ they had the audacity to say“Ohhhhh it DOES have bacon….”“Oh….uh…I’ll remake it”Did you think I was lying? This is very serious.
