To the owner I would Definitely train your workers better , I was there on Sunday and your manager definitely needs training , also I had points that I should have received a free sandwich and the cashier had no clue how to apply my Jersey mikes points !

Had to wait 15 minutes to order. The door dash order mixed with the customers created a disaster. When 15 people walked out as they did not want to wait in the line. Line did not move. The employees where working as hard as they can but no flow and no organization. The location is losing money. Avoid going on busy times as door dash has priority over you. This could be fixed simply by having two separate work areas one for door dash and one for walk ins. If you are going to during off hours or prepare to wait.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered 35 minutes before arriving and they still didn't start my order. I asked for a refund and Manager said we are almost done with one sandwich cant you wait.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Desiree helped me and was all smiles and very talkative asking how my day was and everything. I usually don't like small talk but she was just to damn friendly.

I watch a lot of YouTube to see what to order or secret menu items. For a while when I went to night school my limited (Budget & Time) dinner breaks consisted mostly on Subway.

Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches! Hailey was our sandwich maker today. She made it perfect with everything on the side for me. Great customer service for my picky needs. Ask for her.

Came in for a sub after work tonight. I got a Giant #7 Mikes way. A blonde girl named Hailey helped me out and she was super sweet and had very good customer service. She offered me all the toppings on the side which I found very convenient. Best sub I've had in a while! 10/10 costumer service & quality.

Never had a bad experience until now the employees were very rude and nasty coping an attitude and rolling their eyes at me and my daughter. It was a blonde chick who was really nasty and cussing at me underneath her

5:45 pm 7/6/23 I am so SICK of Jersey Mike's restaurants having SUBPAR service from the infants (no name tags btw) they employ that laugh when you are upset they ran out of your bread (mini-white) and are soooo childish. If it wasn't for the very first sandwich I had that was quite tasty, and still was hoping for, I would have STOPPED coming a long time ago. Too bad because when your child employees manage to make a sandwich correctly, they are pretty good. Tonight the bread is crappy -- i could get this at any SUBWAY. Jersey Mike's has not mastered what any McDonalds and Starbucks and even Subway do: consistency of product. I am so damn disappointed -- AGAIN! Who is the person that manages Franchises at Corporate?! They obviously do NOT know how to manage Franchisees! I need to communicate with the person above that person!!UPDATE: what kind of an answer is that?! No wonder your franchises SUCK!!

I came to this 12569 Limonite location and ordered a sub. The first person who made my sub was good. The problems started when the next two employees (the young Asian guy who put on the toppings and the dirty blonde cashier with caked-on makeup) mistakenly thought that the sub belonged to the customer in front of me. I asked the Asian guy if that was my sub (it had my name receipt on it and he already added unwanted toppings on it). He said no. Once they figured out that they made the mistake and had to make a new sub, the cashier chuckled and the Asian guy couldn't stop laughing. Instead of an apology, the dirty blonde cashier glared at me.When I asked for their names (to put in this review), the blonde cashier said that they don't give out their names. The Asian guy eventually put his head down and went to the next sub, but the blonde cashier was defiant, with a hard glare and did not say sorry or thank you. With her attitude, she should not be allowed to work.
