They are obviously understaffed in both the front of house and in the kitchen or are having some other operations issues that prevent them from running smoothly.Our two ramens took at least 45 minutes to arrive after ordering, and we had already waited a while to order.My wife was given water that tasted like cleaning chemicals. We asked for a new cup of water that tasted normal, but the glass was dirty.I feel bad for the waiters who kept apologizing to their tables for how long the food was taking. There were also long gaps when they didn’t check in for things like refills.There was a crowd of people waiting to be seated while many tables were empty.The ramen is very good.

This place has really good food but the servers and speed of food coming out is a joke. 30 min for fried chicken bites is ridiculous. And it took about 15 min for the server to even acknowledge us. If you’re in a rush avoid this place. Also the male server that wasn’t ours is digging his hands and glasses to scoop ice not only is that a sanitation issue but if any glass chips on that ice it’s going to get served to the next guest.

Ramen is always top-notch, great atmosphere, service is usually okay being a small small staff they struggle a bit when it gets busy. However this place has been the go to spot for me and my girlfriend .
I love the ramen and appetizers here, but the service has been awful lately. Last night my cousin, sister and I went to this location for dinner. Our waitress was pretty rude to begin with. The worst was how we received our food. My cousin's full order arrived before mine and my sister's. We waited over 45 minutes for ramen and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. My cousin got to eat his full meal before we even got ours. After waiting for so long, my sister flagged down our waitress and asked what was going on with our orders. She rolled her eyes and said she already knew our orders were taking long and said she'd go check. To be honest this experience really put me off coming back for a while. This isn't the first time this has happened either. This is actually quite common in my experience. The least our waitress could have done was let us know the kitchen was backed up after a little while of us waiting. Instead she ignored us and we were kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for our food.

Great Ramen, service for food is poor. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated and another 45 minutes to eat. Our waiter was awesome, "not his fault" they are short staffed. Looks like the owners need to be present before they begin to lose clientele. And maybe hire some new staff.
