Came in for a Lava Flow. Your guys system is very slow here transaction wise. I notice you guys use toast as ur POS system. No good! The cashier had to manually input my card in after several tries using my apple pay. Also, the straws should be near where the smoothies are given. I had to look for it. People where standing in front of it waiting for their order, so I couldn't see it.

We ordered 6 smoothie and every single one was watered down and runny. They no longer make thick smoothies flavorful smoothies. Very disappointing.

This location is a waste of space. Every time I come here it's always something. Now at 7:12pm I went to order a raw juice and they said after 7pm they stop making them. Place is a joke

Couldn't make it to Limonite location so I stopped here for my Acai bowl. I should of known from the previous experience it wouldn't have been a great one. So I got my Acai bowl and like last time, they want to give me a small amount of granola. I already paid $12 for the LARGE bowl and .50 for a side of granola. When I got there, I had the small amount of granola. I politely asked for one more and the manager Carla interrupted and said "I remember you from last time and this is the amount we give."Carla's attitude is rude and nasty. She literally started arguing with me about the granola. I told her I'll just get my money back this time because I'm not going to pay for extra granola when other locations give me the appropriate amount. She refused to give me my money back and got on the phone with the owner and walked to the back. She came back and said the owner said she will give me the extra granola or a gift card. I told her I'll take the granola but I certainly will never ever be back. This was the final straw. I have never had a manager yell and argue with me. To be in such a high position and to act like this in front of your employees and unprofessional. When I asked for her full name she refuse to give it to me. When I asked for her owner information, she refused to give it to me. I told her no worries, I'll contact corporate. Her response was "Great go ahead." Carla ended up apologizing and admittshe took her frustration out on me. But honestly, the disrespect was too far, and belittled me as a customer. Once I left here, I went to Limonite location because I was extremely heated, and wanted to get corporates information. I explained to the Limonite staff what happened and they said the amount of granola I'm getting is unacceptable. Limonite gave me the information I needed to take my complaint further.*UPDATE ON 06/22/23*Still haven't received or heard from anyone. I emailed the email Faith provided and no response or follow up almost a year later. So terrible! Btw Chino Grand location is really good or Archibald!

Ordered more than three times and each time the consistency of the smoothy is watery! Not satisfying or appealing! Even the açaí bowl is watery! Please relearn how to blend the smoothies better there is nothing wrong with relearning if you are new to this business especially if you have had complaints before as I see in reviews posted below.

I do not like the time this store opens (9 am). I’m not sure if it’s only this location, but this branch has add ours. I drop off my girls at schools and from there I go to work. This time will be ideal to get my healthy breakfast there. I like their products and their service but the opening time it’s very late for a juice bar.

Last night I went to get the strawberry craze (buy 1 get 1) since it was National strawberry day. I got there at 7:58 and was getting out of my car, the girl at the register saw me and ran to shut off the store light. Rude awaken, that is when I found out they close at 8. I still got there before shouldn't close until that time. Not 2 mins before. It maybe silly to some that I'm writing a review but when you can't get there during the day and show up literally a couple of mins before closing it's a bummer not to get the smoothie special.
