Visited during lunchtime on a Friday and it was quiet (Cravings as a whole was quiet) and found plenty of seating options. I ordered the clam chowder in a bread bowl. The employee confirmed it's not made with pork/bacon which I appreciated because it's hard to find. Received the bread bowl and it was smaller than average. If you're hungry you'll want to order an all on the side. I was a little sad the top of the bread bowl wasn't included since that's what you dip into the soup, but not a huge deal. Temp was just right. Flavor was fine. My friend got the mahi mahi tacos and seemed to like them, and she's not a big fish eater. She also got the cheddar biscuits that looked good, but again I think they were probably just OK. It was interesting that they serve soda but don't have a soda machine. When I ordered the employee had to walk to the other side of the dining hall to get it from somewhere else. Because of that I didn't get a refill. Felt bad making him walk. Overall, prices were fair for what we ordered. But I think if I go back I'll try some fresh seafood options instead.

Getting there: After exiting the 15 freeway, simply head east on Limonite Avenue and make a left onto Hamner Avenue, where you'll find the entrance on your left. It's located inside the Cravings by 99 Ranch Market. Experience: Let me tell you, going to Ostrea was a nice surprise. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was bright and inviting. The drinks menu offered a tantalizing array of cocktails, my favorite being their blood moon; you can add any liquor. And the food selection was equally impressive. Whether you're in the mood for seafood or craving something from the land, Ostrea has you covered. The attentive staff added to the overall experience, ensuring that every visit feels like a special occasion.

This cool little spot is located inside the Cravings by 99 Ranch Food Hall. It's a very nice little bar and tables with several TVs at the bar. The service was fast and friendly. They offer lots of seafood. We ordered 8 oysters, 2 of each of the fresh offerings they had that day. Good variety and perfectly fresh. They make their own custom toppings. We also tried the cheddar biscuits with harissa butter. I was drinking beer from Monkey King so I didn't try anything from their bar but they had cocktails and wine etc.

This is a great place for a casual date night. After work on a weeknight, we were seated immediately. The fish and chips, lobster bisque, and brisket grilled cheese sandwich were all delicious. Service was good, but be patient as they are a three-man team. Two run the bar, and one runs the tables. According to what I observed, people at the bar will get faster service than those at the tables. For the price of the fish and chips, I removed a star. Fish should have been bigger or at least three pieces instead of two. Apart from that, this is a good place. We'll be back again!

Ok...ok didn't know this place even existed until I walked into cravings hall. So happy it exists!!! Such a cute restaurant inside cravings! I really don't even want to share this little gem! Cocktails are delicious and food is amazing! I had the chance to try all the cocktails and my favorite is the yuzu. It's light and fresh! Definitely prefect for a hot day! We came in on a weekday so it wasn't packed at all. We ordered the fish/chips, mahi tacos, beef brisket sandwich, seafood salad, and frites. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked! Fish was fresh and seasoned well! Salsa that came with it was delicious! It's definitely an awesome spot for a girls day out or night out. They do have music playing within the food hall, but I wish it was a bit more upbeat. Bathrooms are clean and conveniently located so you don't have to worry about looking or running to it. It's my go to spot when friends are in town. Definitely worth trying!

Thank you Jared for your great service yesterday. My boyfriend and I stopped by for a drink and Jared gave us history on the alcohol

This is another great place in this food hall that I would recommend for some great hand crafted cocktails and some seafood. The bartenders know their menu well and can make other drinks upon request, which is nice when you want something a little different. The menu has enough seafood options that if you're not just feeling oysters, you can grab some Mac and cheese or some soup with their delicious biscuits. Would definitely recommend this place.

Please don't order the fish and chips. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I don't understand selling something this bad. Everything is soggy. I'll give them a pass on this one and try another dish.

Service was nice and quick. We ordered half a dozen oysters, we got a mix of the four options they had. All fresh and juicy, served with mignonette and chili sauce. They also had fresh horseradish on hand. We also got the mahi tacos and the lobster roll. My mom said the tacos were amazing. The lobster roll was ok - needed more seasoning, just tasted like butter, and the bread needed to be toasted. Fries were all well seasoned and came with a nice gochujang ketchup. Staff was also very friendly! Prices are a little steep.

I am a small business owner and I am always supporting small and new business when they just open. But I mean, you have to be serious when treating customers who would like to try your new business. I paid over $100 for sea food tower. And this is $4 worth oyster looks like. I can feel server are trying their best to serve but the level of lack of training is making them less incorporated. Hope they can improve.

We tried this last month, but I was disappointed with the food. I thought it was subpar compared to Shuck Oyster Bar. We had oysters, chowder and lobster Mac & cheese. The oysters were fresh but they were watery and smaller oysters. The ambience was good though. 3 stars because I hope they can improved and the location closer than going to Shuck Oyster.

Tonight was my second time dining here. The first time was during the soft opening, when they didn't have everything figured out yet. This time, they actually had lobster in stock so we ordered the lobster mac and cheese and the fish tacos as the entree. For the appetizers, we got the tuna tartare and half a dozen oysters. Also ordered two cocktails. The fish tacos were disappointing (2/5). They were doused in chimichurri sauce and the tortilla was hard and stale. The fish itself was dry. The lobster mac and cheese (5/5). It was flavorful and there were large chunks of lobster to go with each bite. This is the only thing I would recommend from this evening. The oysters were a miss (2/5). We ordered half a dozen for $25 and half of them were the smallest oysters I've ever seen. I normally love kumamoto oysters which are small but these were like non-existent small. I had to do a double take. Wish I had gotten a picture. There were also small pieces of shell that we ate. Not promising since their logo is literally an oyster. The tuna tartare tasted pretty good (3/5) but was way too spicy, even for someone who likes spicy food. They came with potato chips. I had to bring this up to the server since it said rice crackers on the menu. He ended up bringing out a side of rice crackers for us which I appreciated. Apparently they recently updated the menu but did not update the printed menu. It tasted a lot better with the rice crackers so not sure the reason for the switch. Lastly, the service was decent but it took a really long time to get our appetizers. We were almost done with the main courses before the oysters came out. Then we had to wait another 15 min for the tuna. I wasn't a fan of this since there is a reason people eat oysters first. It kind of ruins your palate to eat them after your main courses, when you're ready for dessert. It seems they still have a few things to work on. Maybe third time will be a charm if we come back?

We went during the 1st week they opened. I'm pretty sure I already wrote a review. If I have to guess, it was deleted. I'm hoping that this review will not get deleted this time. The food was below than expected. We were disappointed that the lobster bisque was sold out right away. They oysters were good but could be better. Everything was a bit overpriced. I had the ceviche and the crackers that went with it does bot compliment. The chowder was really salty. The service was great but they were understaffed and overwhelmed with the crowd. The ambiance is nice. I don't have pictures anymore as my previous post doesn't show anymore.

Amazing cocktails and oysters! The mignonette sauce was one of the most delicious I’ve ever had. The drinks were tasty and subtly strong! I definitely recommend this place. It’s an adorable night-time vibe food court experience similar to Anaheim packing

My husband and I were not disappointed for sure. We consider ourselves to be oyster connoisseurs and have eaten oysters from Mastro's and many other expensive restaurants but this place beat them all! You can tell that whoever buys the seafood for this place takes their job very seriously and has a love for providing the best seafood for their customers. We had a dozen of the pacificos, Peruvian scallops, and clam chowder. Just left about an hour ago but we are already planning our next dinner there. Definitely worth every dollar, quality and service you cannot compare.
