If you order TO GO order make sure you got everything include the soup base if they are the spicy level you need, this restaurant always always always forgot to put spicy on my soup, so I always having a non spicy hot pot. Interesting fact: since they always forgot to put spicy on my soup, I found out their soup based is not bone soup, it is more like water with all the food ingredients in it and boil it together. Service: there is a new girl, her English is pretty good and friendly but other server especially the guy, I feel like they are daydreaming in their job The place is good but they should put their TO GO pick up spot closer to front door so we won't be walking all the way to the back and people who is eating in the restaurant look at us like so awkward.

I don't write reviews often, but this place is on fire! It's some of the best mini pot I've had outside of Taiwan. The broth is hot, rich, and delicious. High quality meats, USDA prime beef! Generous portions. Will come back every time I am in the area. It's definitely a gem in Eastvale!

We came and didn't know today is their soft opening. I have to give the credit to all the waiters and waitresses because this is by far the best soft opening we have been to. Food is flavorful and portion is huge! My husband could not even finish his pot and we had to pack the leftovers. The service is great! Everyone is very friendly although I can tell they had a long busy day. We came in around 8pm and had 8 parties in front of us. I am glad we didn't leave and waited. This will definitely become our regular spot for dinner.

Raining and cold day so we decided to have ramen and saw this is opened! We been waiting for as we always need to drive all the way to chino to have it; we all think the broth is more flavorful than the ones in Chino. Highly highly recommended! Service is good they came and checked like every 3 mins; friendly dinner place with kids (kids enjoyed it so much they cooked what they love to eat).

It's consistently delicious, consistently busy, and consistently turning tables. We've been 3 times, because we don't live in the area and have to plan to go when we're visiting Cravings, but are trying to work our way through the menu- the flavors are diverse and have always hit the mark! Also love that they're Five Star members, so eventually you're rewarded for being a repeat customer. I hate to say this, but they blow Boiling Point out of the water.
