The service is pretty fast here, but the employees are hit and miss…sometimes we have a great experience with the window person and our drinks are great! And sometimes we have to deal with nasty attitudes and incorrect beverages.

K, I give them 1 star every time I go in there to get a black coffee it's not even Hot and the fact that they try and give me a warm coffee instead of a hot one is mind blowing

0 stars. To keep things short, I think the previous manager quit and now it's ran by arrogant strange vibe people. My drinks have been gross even after being remade. One of the managers argued with me because I was given the wrong drink and left before trying it and had to come back. Last experience was so horrible; cinnamon powder all over the cup as if intentional. I feel that way because the mobile order I made should have been finished but they waited to see me at the window to remake the drink. I wasn't sure why...Yea, this one to me didn't exist anymore. The one on Archibald and limonite is legit, polite, and exceptional.

Worst Starbucks ever . If you have 30 minutes to waste in their drive-through, then more power to you it's the worst by far I've ever been to, and I keep trying to give them a chance and I'm done.

I just sat in traffic for an hour and I'm late to work but I ordered ahead like 40 minutes ago.. needless to say they made my morning much better! Thank you so much you're the best Taylor!!!

Got charged for my venti brown sugar shaken espresso which is $7.50 when i placed an order for an iced quad with a splash a milk, brown sugar syrup and pumpkin cold foam which is $5.90. I did not ask for cinnamon or for my drink to be shaken. i also only asked for a splash of oat milk there’s no need to be charging for another different drink. I’ve never has a problem ordering this drink before. If i had asked for my drink the same way but had ordered it with caramel syrup instead would i Still have been charged for a brown sugar shaken espresso??? do better, gonna just start placing mobile orders so the price cannot be tampered with or i’m gonna start driving up the street to the limonite location now instead of this store

This is one of 3 Starbucks that I go to. It is my LEAST favorite. Their customer service is reluctant at best. I often feel like they think they are doing me a favor after I pay $7,50 for a drink.

Literally the rudest baristas I've ever come across. We came at 2pm and it wasn't even busy. I understand that we have bad days and we can't always be "on", but it was pretty much the whole staff. My husband's drink was wrong, but didn't notice until we were on the way home. One of the workers was dragging a big trash bin full of empty boxes, and one of the boxes fell on my daughter. No apologies, or thanks to my husband for helping her, nothing. Just looked at us. The lady who took our orders seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there lol. If you're on your way to get starbucks just keep driving up to Limonite and go to that location instead. They're VERY nice up there.

I go to Starbucks all around the world and I can tell you this about this location. Avoid it like the the plague They get the orders wrong all the time and you'll have to come back to get it redone and then they'll give you attitude about it and to top that off if they offer to remake it, you will wait forever. But it doesn't end there you'll get to appreciate how dirty their location is, even with cigarette buds inside their store while you wait an extra 30 minutes for your drink to be remade.So do yourself a favor Drive a little bit further go to the Ontario ranch location or any other locations in the area. And if Starbucks corporate is reading this, it's time to either close the store or do a full restaffing rearranging of the store. Feel free to check your camera on 9/24/2023 @ around 10am

Have yet to have a negative experience here - I really appreciate the consistency from this location. The lines always move quickly and the staff are always the most accommodating and personable. I feel inclined to write this review because Starbucks baristas need more kudos because they have to deal with so many speciality requests from us folks who want to try the newest social media trend. Keep up the great work!
