12:00 noon 3/24/2024 Drive through experience - not good. Drive through attendant is not welcoming. Rushing and fast talker. No personality. No thank you. No smile. Put someone that is friendly for customer service please. Welcome your guests with smile and friendliness. You are in hospitality business. Thank you!

A nice and welcoming environment. Clean bathrooms .They always say welcome, when you enter the store. Good pastries , sandwiches and drinks!

This is my first time to this store because I placed an order on my mobile phone but drove the wrong way... Although it was my mistake, the store clerk also solved the problem for me. Very ashamed and very grateful!

Great place for a cup of coffee or ice tea. Service is quick and great. Restroom needs more attention. Too quiet here, needs some music and promotions to attract more businesses. (Big different before pandemic and after pandemic.)

Nice store, easy access and pretty quick drive thru, even when they get busy.Parking: Parking can get tough when the restaurant across the parking lot gets busy and cheapskates from Silverlakes don't want to pay for parking. Also, there has been a few homeless roaming around the lot now and then, LOCK YOUR CAR!

Service is ok but I've ordered pumpkin cold foam three times and each time it's flavorless and sugarless. I order it with a quad espresso over ice so I can definitely taste the difference. I gave one star because if I upgrade my drink it's because I want it to taste good but I've been disappointed thrice already. Shame, as this place is right next to my house but oh well

My boyfriend frequently visits this spot to study so i as well decided to give it a try. I must say that the staff here exudes positive vibes and energy!! Every time I've been here, I've been greeted with friendly smiles. The place is consistently clean and inviting. The staff, including Steph, Danny, Autumn, and Rye, has been incredibly respectful, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Although there are many more fantastic workers here, these individuals have truly left a lasting impression, ensuring we always feel comfortable! I can always tell the drinks are made with love, which is a big deal for me. I highly recommend this place; you can trust this location to brighten your day, whether with a delightful drink, Warm smile, or a nice conversation. :)

I'm here everyday twice a day this used to be my favorite location they know my drink customer service was excellent, it takes one thing to ruin it for you, today sandy took my order and completely messed it up . Once again I'm here everyday iced shaken espresso two grilled cheese, they were so backed up and the girl at the window was completely lost and unorganized for some reason ? I wasn't able to get to the grilled cheese till 1pm I was driving and was busy , I called to notify that it's pretty burnt ( speaking to sandy ) and you can't eat it it's burnt , since this morning she's been telling me I under charged you note for her mistake I asked for a venti and she charged me for a grande and two extra shots ... the venti comes with 4 shots and I always add an extra shot but she undercharged me for her mistake lol, anyways she basically told me I'm lying and it's not burnt because she was the one who specifically did my grilled cheese and I just wanted her to replace it later ... she said it wasn't burnt when I took it out ... I told her so your telling me I'm lying ??? I don't care for the $6 something dollars but after this morning going back and forth and the undercharge comment I want my grilled cheese replaced for HER mistake she has to ask a manager first lol. After today I don't think I'll go back to this location . And they raised there prices again for a basic quality . Plz tell me if my grilled cheese isn't burnt in the pic .

My experience today here wasn't best, they seemed to be short staff on a Saturday evening.I usually come here all the time to pick up my mobile orders and today I placed an order but did not realize until 10 minutes had passed and it still wasn't out so I checked my order on my phone and realized I placed it for the wrong store, my mistake. so I waited patiently to get some help at the register was even willing to pay for another one, they were prioritizing the drive through and online orders and once the female employee came to help me at the register she in my opinion was rude, I explained quickly that I placed my order at the wrong location she stayed quiet then replied with ok well what's your order but in a rude monotone and in a rush so I said no worries and just left. She seemed to be really overwhelmed and it definitely reflected on her customer service

Being busy or short staffed is no excuse to be rude.I'm not sure what's going on today. The drink was horrible. I asked them to remake it. It was horrible again. I tried to tell the cashier what I wanted...and she wasn't helpful either.If you're the manager reading this, I hope you talk to your staff about their customer service skills ... that was the worst drink I ever had. I threw it in the trash on the way out.
