TLDR My hot sandwich was cold and had hardly anything in it. My experience did not contain their slogan of a “Superior Sandwich”I ordered a Reuben. I understand this isn’t the most popular of sandwiches. However, a sandwich shop with it on the menu ought to be able to make it right. It’s only five ingredients and four of them are shared with other sandwiches. There was maybe three pieces of meat laid flat on my large sandwich, two pieces of cold swiss cheese, and a sprinkling of sauerkraut. All for the wonderful tally of $14 and some change without chips and drink. I ordered just a sandwich. I could have gotten two Double-Doubles and a medium drink from In’N’Out in the same parking lot for the same $14 and change.As an additional note, I’m the only person in the restaurant at Noon and I have to use the self ordering kiosk but I’m handed a paper menu?

The sandwiches they made were not good at all. One was full of oregano and we had to throw it away. The bread is not fresh. The service is slow.I will avoid this location, i have had good experience at other locations, this was just really bad.

Extremely slow service, half the toppings weren't even available OR the two white girls completely didn't put them on. I ordered a pizza sandwich... they forgot pepperoni, and jus gave me some in a bag when i told them.... the sandwich is whatever, it's not bad but jersey mikes is way better no question. It's also kinda dirty and even the drinks were missing some options.

This was my first time coming here but definitely not my last. The customer service was excellent and the food matched with superb quality. The food was made with Love!! Cant wait to come back and bring the entire family!!!

I ate here for the first time on Saturday, 12/2, and was blown away by the quality of the sandwich. So much so, that I decided to eat here again on 12/4 around 4pm. However, to my dismay, as good as the first experience was, the second experience on 12/4 was equally bad, if not worse! A meager amount of protein, and they got most of the order incorrect! They forgot my avocado, (cost extra), pepper, and mayo and they added hot peppers/jalapeños which I did not order! Because of this second experience, I will not be back and instead will give my business to Jersey Mike's or Capriotti's.

I walked to get grab something to eat when I arrived to the restaurant no one Greeted me saying hello what can I get for you !!! what do you want to get started with ??? Nothing ...!!! Terrible place to grab a sandwich the service is terrible I was standing there for like 5 minutes and nothing. Never will go there again.The worst experience I ever had at a sandwich shop.I wasn't able to even place my order because I was completely ignored so I left to grab food elsewhere this place must be racist.The food isn't that great but I wanted to grab something fast but I honestly don't think the sandwich should be that pricey they don't taste that great .
