Doors were locked even though times posted in website and on site doors said they were supposed to be open. There were three staff members who saw me outside and hid behind counters to not open the door. I waited for a few seconds before knocking and one of them peaked through and hid again. What kind of dine in place is locking up places during hours? And staff are getting paid to not provide service?

All too often, their drive thru seems like they don't start making your order until you get up to the window to pay. Several times, over the last few weeks, their drive thru has been ridiculously slow, spent half of my lunch break waiting in line. On good days, I get back to work with 20minutes to enjoy my meal. The above mentioned trips, I was lucky to have 5 minutes. PLUS, the fries taste like their still raw spuds and/or like fish.

Sometimes they have the best fry's and burgers my son loves Burger King so we go to the boron ,Tehacapi, Lancaster, both Lancaster, and Palmdale by the mail out of them Tehacapi is our favorite they all ways have fresh fry's except last time the girl charged me for the bbq sauce like McDonald's kinda put me off a bit my son is autistic he doesn't want ketchup anyway enjoy everyone

Kid can't eat carbs anymore, so we were buying perfectly good beef patties in another BK location in Palmdale. What a surprise! Here at the base, only drive-through is open. Quality of sound is horrid when ordering. The actual patties were much smaller the standard size for BK burger. They were dry and thin - like a meat cookie. Won't be able to use this location for sure. Hope someone does a quality inspection here and teaches them to keep good meat preparation. There are plenty high carb places at the base, this could be very useful if they did it right.

I likes the finger lick burger hopper burger with beat patty on it tastes delicious .. Place is very clean and they maintain clean keep the restaurant tidy

I came to this Burger King in the morning. I ordered a coffee and hash browns. Apparently the employees hate answering questions and got bend out of shape over a few simple questions. They started gossiping about me to other employees which is really unprofessional. The manager during this time was useless did not do anything about her gossiping. Staff is rude and unprofessional, this took place around 11am on Apr 18th for anyone who cares to fix this establishment.

Burger King isn't usually my first choice for fast food, but when it's the only choice with a drive through, I'll take it!Standard Burger King fare... I will say that as many times I have come here they have always been polite and friendly and never goofed my order.

Man, I must say this place was amazing. The man on the speaker was EXTREMELY friendly and when I got to the window he asked how my day was, when I had lost my mom that morning and it just made my day so much brighter. He had blondish hair. And then not to mention the young lady who handed me my chocolate shake, she just had the nicest personality. Everyone had there masks on and I saw both the employees I mentioned above taking time to keep the store covid safe. I will be back mark my words!

I came in and ordered the bacon king. I just wanted extra sauce without ketchup. I told them to add extra sauce but they added whole pump or bottle y'all got they literally drowned the burger in sauce. I went back inside to complain they said it was their "special sauce". Not mention the place feels like I'm roasting in an oven. The entire burger was covered in Mayo. Also the Mayo tasted off I don't know if it was old or what. To make matters worst the Mayo got on me, my hands, and my interior of my car. I made a mess throwing it away afterwards. So after this I went to a different Burger King and got what I paid for. You guys just lost a valuable paying customer and I'm giving this place a one star.

Kids who don't care about their jobs, honestly scared they r gonna mess with my food every time, but nothing was open on base besides this at the time so I went for it, then employees not wearing maskes (and yes masks r required) and the worker in the back making the food was yelling " oh god who would order a spicy chicken!" And then proceeded to make very loud gagging noises (I ordered the spicy chicken)also the window was left wide open so I could hear everything very clearly. I didn't say anything in fear they would mess with my kids or wife's food , this was August 11 at 7:50 pm for anyone of management who cares /// IN CONCLUSION- don't go here they genuinely don't care about quality of service or your well being.
