We noticed they were open on Christmas day as we were driving by, so we decided to stop in and give them a try. The service was fast n friendly, but we were the only ones there at the time. The Birria Ramen was delicious. The beef was perfect, tender, and juicy, and you get a good portion. I don't usually order a soup, but I'll order this again! We also ordered the QuesaBirria and Birria tacos. They were all delicious, especially the QuesaBirria that was amazing. The best part is they are just a couple of blocks away from us, so when we want Birria, this is where we will be coming for now on.

I went there to ask for Menudo, Tacos and chrunchy Birria tacos. When I got my order, the chrunchy Birriaa tacos were soft. I had them redo those tacos and they asked that those are more like tostadas and I said no they are not. They are crunchy tacos. I also got three Jamaica drinks and a Horchata. When I got home, I started sipping on the Horchata drink. I inserted the straw and some goopy stuff came out. If you go there, please do not get that drink. You will encounter with some goopy gross stuff at the bottom of the drink. Service could of been better. The cruchy tacos came out burned.

So happy to finally have a Birrieria here in El Cajon. This spot is pretty small but cozy & clean. We ordered 4 quesabirria tacos with 2 sides of consome. They were made to order and super tasty! We met only one young lady who took our order at the register but she was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had about the menu. Quick and good quality service... we'll be back soon!
