Arrived at 10:07 to get my daughter some ice cream, after seeing on Google that they opened at 10. Got there and they were closed. One sign on the door says 10 am and another says 11. Get it together!

On the website and on the door, it says they open at 10 AM then there’s a little sign that says they open at 11 AM and don’t even open at 11 AM because not on time very upset. Definitely not a good Baskin-Robbins location.

So it seems people don't understand how confusing it is to have posted hours on the internet posted and 2 different posted hours on their door. How lazy is it to post closing time on your door but not remove old ones idiots!

Pre packed quarts were lagging. Freezer was broken. 9.49 for pre packed quart and wanted to charge me 11.49. Poor teenager behind the counter was lost and clueless. Felt bad for her. Clearly not trained and not her fault. She looked like a deer caught in the headlights.

Excellent service. Great ice cream! Stopped in for a cone and service was prompt and professional.

Went to find a specific cake and Ryan was super helpful and went out of his way to check to see if they had the cake I was specifically looking for and they did!! So grateful for his help! Also they were able to get a writing on the cake last minute. Everyone there was great!

Pulled up at 10:45 pm Saturday and they locked their doors early. Nope not cool. Both employees just looked at us and went abut cleaning. Guess they had somewhere else to be.

Even tho they were busy everyone was hustling. Service was friendly and quick. Ice cream is the best. Prices and portions are reasonable. The place was clean and well organized. Small store but easy to get in and out.

The girl working June 5th at 9 pm was the absolute sweetest soul. She was so accommodating with our bowls to go.

I would never order another cake of them. They presented the below cake for us to pick up that was ordered ahead of time. The fudge is on one side so it looks like they dropped it or something. When questioned the teens working behind the counter said they didn't know what happened but could not make another one. Very disappointing. We can't present this as the cake at a party and will get another cake from a bakery and use this as ice cream as it is too awful to bring out.

This place is suss. Our disabled daughter Dan was having their birthday today and we stopped here for an ice cream cake. Oh boy!! Never again. They totally have all the cakes priced wrong. The price was poked into the cake inside the box. We were all excited such an amazing gender neutral cake was available. Once they rung it up it was 15 more dollars than the tag. Of course this put it out of our budget. We've been struggling since the global pandemic and the costs of medical bills. Dan is still upset about the process. I've been a manager before and there's no way I would have ever handled the way it was handled. It's sad that people don't take pride in their jobs anymore and put customer service 2nd after their fun social media face snaps.

Ok who doesn’t love Ice Cream right !!But Ice Cream with a smile from Moe and Gabi is the best for us and we are here at least once a week to get Bobs chocolate fudge milkshake!! Its the only place we get all our ice cream and cakes
