Ordered food for my family and when we arrived according to the time they said it would be ready, they had no idea when the order would be ready because they were slammed. My husband waited for about 20 minutes and they finally gave him the food, but not our drinks and my son’s hot dog was burnt and hard as a rock. Terrible experience. ????Update: I emailed corporate as per the business reply to my review and no one responded.

Last couple times we been to this location it took so long to get our food but last night we thought we would gave it another chance. Last night it wasn’t busy at all and once again service took so long. Food is decent but over priced for the service you get. Not to mention the miserable looks on all the servers faces. Horrible customer service. All the years going to Black angus as a kid I will definitely not be coming to this one ever again!

Beyond upset with our dinner from last night. We waited for our food for over 1 hour 1/2 and my lobster still came out RAW, SLIMEY, TRANSLUCENT, and DISGUSTING. It was all I could do not to vomit in front of my family after sitting there starving for far too long. The least the staff could do was comp our drinks or our dessert but they took full advantage of understanding people. We will not be returning as this is the 2nd time this has happened. There are much better steakhouses in the area. Do not come here.

When they get an order, get it right. We asked for well done burgers tonight and they were rare. My mom's salad had a whole core piece of cabbage. It was ridiculous. This was not a hard meal to cook by all means and I spent over $88 ... unfortunately will not be going back again! Now I see why they will be going out of business SOON. Booooooooo!!!

Food was over an hour wait and was overcooked. Drinks and the check were also way too long of a wait. Waitress blamed the cook, but all services were painfully slow. Thursday 7pm, restaurant only half full, no big crowd to explain the slow services.

We had a party of 8. First the hostess wanted to seat all 8 of us in a small booth. We finally got reseated in a bigger booth. We had two separate checks spent quite a lot of money. Also ordered a ginger ale and was denied. you make ginger ale.. we had it last time but some reason we couldnt this time..We were done eating and had paid our food tab. We were just talking a little and laughing, having a good time. A lady manager came to our table and said that not to tell us to leave but she has another large party..so technically kicked us out! We were just about to leave.. but to have that and us spending a lot of money at this establishment pisses me off. So..our party of 8 will be less 8 coming back to this establishment. Just plain rude.

My friend and I were celebrating both of our birthdays at Black Angus for lunch. We decided to have the Campfire Feast - both had the filet mignon, loaded baked potato (she had the brussels sprouts, and I had the salad. A bottle of wine was half off! (I myself had an Angry Orchard). Our starter was the cheesy garlic bread (you can never go wrong with that!) And for our desert that was included we chose the Mudpie. And then, Robert, our amazing waiter brought out the Birthday Cowboy cookie with the ice cream to the side for each of us (he knew we were taking our cookies home). If you haven't tried this...omg! That entire meal for two (including the wine) was only $105 before tip. We did have to pay $5 each extra for the filet mignon and I believe the loaded baked potato was also a few extra dollars. Yes, we took leftovers home. In fact, I had enough for two more meals! So worth it and still so delicious. Robert, our waiter was very friendly and help. Helped my friend pick out the wine she wanted and gave us other suggestions while trying to select our meal options. He was very helpful. Black Angus is one of my favorite restaurants and they made our birthdays celebrations even more special!

Restaurant is always a great option for dinner. However I believe that our steaks we have ordered lately are not the same sizes as usually ordering is 16 oz. Last night both our steaks they grilled were 12 oz and definitely not 16 oz. The servers as usual were always charming. The bar section have tons of TV to watch different sports. Hostess' was very nice. We always reserve to have bar seats. When we get there we didn't wait too long to be seated even other guests waiting for tables for awhile and they are wake ins no reservations.

The chicken on the wagon wheel was raw. The rib eye steaks were awful, mashed potatoes were bland and cold. The Caesar salad and bread were the two items that were decent. We made our server aware of the raw chicken, which she removed the $5 Up charge from our bill. I will never dine at Black Angus. I was disappointed with our meal, should have requested a refund. Our server was nice.

Service started ok but our server went on break - without telling us - then stood by the bar chatting while we waited for our wine and dessert to come out. 15 min later and I went to ask him what's going on and he said he's on forced break and can't do anything but he'll tell his replacement. 15 minutes more, nothing. Dessert finally comes out without an explanation or apology, the $150 bill gets dropped on the table, and never got so much as a water refill. Spectacularly bad service, I'll never go there again.

The service sucks bad. We never got our drinks, water or bread, until an hour after we ordered. The waiter was NO where in sight.
