Horrible! I went in there on the drive thought I ordered wedges and they gave me regular fries. I told them and they said that they don’t have them, that they don’t carry them. After I have paid of coarse so they can not refund me. Then they could not give me 2 ranch because they had to charge me when I did bought a big meal. And on top of that my hamburger was all cold!!! What are they doing in here ???

So disappointed, they no longer have the Angus burgers. I wanted a burger with bacon, the only choice I had was a westerners burger, but I don't like bbq sauce, so the young lady said I could get it without the bbq.So I got this burger with bacon! It didn't have any kind of condiment and on it, no lettuce, it was dry and terrible !!I won't be going back?

We used the drive thru, not tovet off. Upon driving off we noticed we were missing our sandwiche.. the fish sandwich was missing the sauce, no flavor.

i love this location staff is great and they get orders right! what i dislike is the new ai voice thing i meet when trying to order. it takes way to long and it just dosent understand what im saying and i do not see how it helps the custmers or employees when things are going that

In today's day and age, shelling out almost $10 for a burger, I expect nothing but the best, am I right? Can I get an AMEN, please? :)While the food and size of the burgers definitely impressed, I can't help but stress the importance of exceptional customer service, especially when dining at fast food establishments. These days, it's not just about the food—it's about the overall experience. With prices on the rise, it's crucial that every aspect, including service, stands out.Even so, the delicious food and generous portions are definitely worth a visit. If they can step up their customer service game, this spot could easily become a go-to for anyone craving a satisfying meal. Drive-thru speaker sucks so they kept on asking us to turn off our engine and they still couldn't hear it so we just pulled up to the front and Play store order and the guy up there told us to turn our engine off too so I don't know it was just a pain in the butt and really inconvenient they need to get that speaker
Of all the people, the manager literally ignored us and walked away when we asked her something after she dropped off her food at the table. We will return to spend money on rude behavior.

Location: Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon, CA - We went thru the drive up window- our first time to experience a computer-AI voice- taking our order at the order menu board outside. This will completely change the drive thru experience- very efficient, got every detail we requested correctly. We ordered the new item - Breaded Chicken Wrap- Santa Fe & Ranch. My Ranch Chicken Wrap is much smaller than the other wrap-Santa Fe- flavor was OK, a bit dry, and needed some dressing. The Fries we requested w/ NO salt, was salted wc means they did not read the order properly. The Cashier at the window was very pleasant, professional & cheerful- a pleasure for us to be given a great service.
