I got a chicken Chipotle bowl it wasn't the flavor I expected but it was good enough , it was heatly i guess and I felt good after nice and light even doe I'm heavy

My sister and I went in after school and were greeted very rude by an employee. The employe was very short and had a bad attitude that my sister and I noticed right away. While I was eating my bowl, I got this awful taste in my mouth and immediately spit out my food into my napkin only to find a bug that I had just spit out. I began to gag and had my sister show the employee what I had found in my food. The first thing that the employee said when my sister showed her the bug was "Did she get lettuce?". The employee knew exactly where the bug came from and did nothing about it. She had my bowl remade but I was worried that other customers were going to find a bug in their food if they also got the lettuce. She didn't even throw out the container of lettuce after I had told her about it. Her reaction to what my sister told her seemed like no surprise and she continued on with her day. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Got a rather weak serving of meat in both the bowls I ordered compared to previous visits.There are other Chipotle restaurants around. I hope they are not being as stingy.

We are done with this Chipotle. Employees always have attitude. They never have lemons. We put in a almost $200 order a food whenever the team wants chipotle. We ask for lemons and they always tell us they are out or give us 4 little cups when I'm ordering for 12 people. The restaurant is always filthy nobody cleans it. You can tell this place is several mismanaged. The employees are a reflection of there management team. Last time we ordered we had the same experience. Spoke to the store manager and gave constructive criticism. Nothing has changed. Stay away from this location. Will be using La Mesa instead.

This has been my go-to location and I don’t think I can go to this one anymore. I’m not sure if management changed or what but there seems to be all new people and the service is not good. It’s starting to affect the food quality as well. There’s a woman who works the line idk her name but both times I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with her, she’s worn a bow in her ponytail. But she seems to care more about getting you out of her line as fast as possible than actually listening to you. Both times she messed up my bowl. Then there’s a guy with glasses who seems afraid to give double portions when asked? Awful location. And it’s too bad.

Worst customer service ever. Apparently it is not their job to ask if you want chicken, veggies or any toppings. Ordered a quesadilla and she immediately walked away put a cheese one in the grill and was annoyed I asked for chicken. Another employee was then annoyed that I asked for onions because I didn’t tell her immediately I wanted that. Absolutely rude. This is a food line, you should absolutely be required to ask what the customer wants in their meal instead of telling me that it’s not their job to ask what I want. On top of that let me walk down the counter and see what the options even are before giving me attitude. It’s understandable that you know your menu and what is in front of you, but your customers don’t have the menu memorize. Either way you should be polite to your customers.

I've been going to this chipotle for years, it seems to be all new people but I'm big on customer service. Never had a bad experience until today. The person that took the order was fine but the register person needs an attitude adjustment. I got a salad but I like my rice on the side the girl doing it asked if I wanted the cup or the slightly bigger cup the register girl walked over and said we can't do that which is fine but I would have had the same amount of rice in the bigger cup had I gotten it in the bowl with my salad if not more. After the order I went to the area for a fork and they didn't have any so I went ask for Forks and she said we only have spoons today. Would you eat your salad with a fork? I would like to have known this beforehand

I came in October 24 with my husband to get two burritos. The place was filthy. The food station was crusty with old food and sour cream was in the salsas and corn and onions were in the sour cream. All of the surfaces of the tables had food and smears of food. The drink station was disgusting. Like does no one clean this place is an embarrassment. If I was the owner I’d be pissed because your business is a reflection of the owner. Clearly no one holds standards anymore. Shame on you guys. Filthy and disgusting
