Rude staff. I went through drive thru to order some coffee, I asked for some syrups in it, and the lady was really disrespectful and tried to rush us. Then, when we went up to the window, we waited about 10 minutes, and the lady asked to see our receipt number because they apparently lost our order. There was litterly only 1 car behind us, so I'm not sure how you could lose our order.

Coming into dunkin, I was feeling horrible from a long day at work. But coming into big smiles and meeting this staff was the highlight of my day. This 5 star review is solely for Jessica and Emiliano, I had a bad experience where I had received the wrong order. They both went ahead and fixed my order completely and had the best attitude towards me. Nicest and most professional people i've encountered. They definitely deserve a raise based on their amazing customer service and dedication towards making their customers feel heard and seen. It's refreshing to know that we still have amazing customer service like these displayed today. Will definitely come back during their shift.

There was something floating in my drink. I've been here 4 times within the last 30 day's, this go around as always I place my order on the app and pick up at the drive thru. My drink was handed to me and I noticed strange foam type object floating in my drink I take the lid off to further inspect and someone literally spit in my drink. It was so disgusting to think they're are people who would do this to paying customers is beyond bizarre. THE HISPANIC GIRLS WORKING THE DRIVE THREW WINDOW SHOULD BE FIRED!! THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE FIRED AND A NEW STAFF SHOULD BE HIRED. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT EL CAJON DUNKIN DONUTS. THEY WILL SPIT IN YOUR DRINK OR DO SOME SHADY STUFF AND GIGGLE AND LAFF ABOUT IT

I've been here a few times, but something so simple, yet so rare nowadays, led me to leave a review. Liz! Liz greeted us with a smile right as we walked in and told us what she recommended when the glazed doughnut was out. It seems like people are used to the "I hate my job" attitude, but it's so refreshing to see someone so positive and cheery. My girls loved their pink glazed donuts, and I enjoyed my macchiato.
