We had Eleazar Catering out for my backyard retirement party. The owner, Luis, was extremely professional and supportive. I had eaten from Eleazar Catering's taco cart three prior times. Each time the food was incredibly delicious and the service impeccable. They came an hour early for the event, and set up so that everything would be ready for the guests. The guests loved the homemade tortillas cooked on location and the grilled onions too as an option for the chicken or carne asada tacos. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the refried beans incredibly tasty!Several guests stated that it was the best taco cart food that they had ever had!HIGHLY recommended!
