I had a ok experience at Flame Bar & Grill! Hookah was ok food was ok but customer service and allowing some people to sit anywhere and others are limited was kind of sketchy.Won’t be coming here

We went on a Thursday evening. Place had a lot of seating, but was completely empty of customers. We were greeted by a few nice staff near the front entrance. I noticed interesting decor & heard music playing, but music couldn't drown out the loud drilling happening in another part of the restaurant. When it was time to order, we requested a chicken shawarma, but host then says they ran out of chicken. Instead we ordered a burger plate & beef shawarma plate. Host came back later to say they didn't have beef patties (for the burger). We never got the drinks. We got up & left to find a different restaurant willing & ready to serve. Server said they have live music there on some nights. We clearly caught them on a slow & unprepared evening. They should have closed their doors if they weren't ready to provide their service. Doubt I'll try them again.

One star for good food. But overall it was an awkward experience. We were the only ones in there at 6p. They didn't have glasses of water but rather a water bottle after they didn't have the ability to make an arnold palmer. We tried to order a menu item but was told it was only available on weekends (not noted on the menu). The waiter was nice but there were older gentlemen sitting and smoking hookah in the room and overall was a less than desirable experience. Would not come back. Looks like it's trying to be more of a bar/club experience.
