The service was good and the food was good except for the hot tea it tasted like it was sitting there for days they had no hummus not all the tables were clean they did not have a menu I ordered beef kabob you just tell them what you want and they will make it for you they never handed me the bill just came up to me and said $20 dollars im suppose to trust them it was my first time there idk if I will go back to this place again

Absolutely delicious food! The beef shawarma tasted like authentic Iraqi kas! The portions were very large and prices were affordable. Owner and son were very kind and attentive, and gave us free tea after our meal plus extra bread. There was plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for dine in. Parking is available on the side of the building. Overall, great experience and I absolutely recommend! Will definitely be back here the next time I'm in San Diego.

They didn't have a printed menu and so we asked them to just bring us a sampling of their dishes. They made us an incredible, delicious feast and then only wanted to charge us $50, which we augmented with a large tip. Such nice people! Excellent food!

If you drove by this place you probably would not stop. However, you would be missing a great food experience. This is a genuine Iraqi restaurant. The food includes great kebabs and my favorite-the lentil soup. You are given tons of pita bread with your meal. The prices are very reasonable usually about $8 per plate. The owner is a jovial, friendly guy. You know the place is authentic because it is frequented by Iraqi nationals.
