Guy handling drive thru very rude. Asked for legs n thighs, got white meat and wings with only couple of legs. Ordered the large meal and 12 chicken only piece. Spent about $80.00, not happy.

The lady that took my order was short and seemed put off by my being there and ordering food today.I asked. For sweet tea (wasn't aware that wasn't offered I should have looked a little harder at the menu) and she rudely said they don't have that I apologized and she offer some other tea selection.

I have to eat healthy because of my condition lupus. So I requested cole slaw instead of mash potatoes that’s made from a box with preservatives. The server repeated my order and it’s on my receipt. Then I get home to discover I didn’t get my coke slaw. I would normally go back and complain but I’m watching my gas since it’s expensive. 1:30 pm , October 8,2023. Please double check order before releasing it to customer. I’m so upset.Dietary restrictions: I always have to have vegetables

I always get a craving here every once in a while. A Canes just opened right next to it, so I’m not sure how that will affect the store in the future.

The mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good. The chicken was dry and seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. $35 for 8 greasy pieces of chicken that were not fresh was way too much to pay. This is the second time in two months that we were disappointed with our meal here. There should be a time limit for chicken that gets sold. You have lost us as loyal customers. For several years we really liked the chicken.
So today at about 1:45-2:00pm, I went to this location to pick up 2 eight piece hot wings originally went through the drive through. The young man that took my order advised it would be 7 minutes and to park up front, time got to 10-12 minutes, so I walked in instead. When I got inside, the young man that took my order and 2 other female employees were standing around talking and drinking from their KFC cups and another gentleman looked like he was messing with the grease traps. As time went past now we’re at the 20 min mark, I was patient. The young man walked up to me and asked if I wanted to put the wings in one or two containers, I advised I needed two because it’s for 2 different ppl I was like yes! Bout to box up my order and go home…he leaves the front and goes back to the convo with his co workers now were around 25 minutes. I think one of the other employees noticed I was getting agitated because I’m watching them have their convo but my order still isn’t ready…..the young lady that saw my demeanor went directly to where the wings were and boxed up my order. I stood there and thought to myself, if the wings were ready, why didn’t they just hand me my order. Usually I don’t complain but this was ridiculous

Drive thru said it’ll take “5mins” i parked in front of the store and waited over 10mins. Called the store and whoever picked up was very rude, waited another 5mins for wings!!!! Ridiculous

Every once in while goes to KFC to get their chicken tender combo or their chicken sandwich combo the drive through service is very good ever since that new canes chicken finger place opened very few people go to The KFC right next door; but anyways they do good managing the drive through well always come back for their chicken tenders or chicken sandwich; likes KFC!
