Ordered 4 mcdoubles and 4 mcchickens. Two mcdoubles were supposed to be only ketchup and cheese. One came out only patty and ketchup. No cheese. The second had ketchup, cheese and onion on it. Not sure how hard it is to follow written instructions but I don't recommend this placeGo to the Denny's next door and grab a burger. It's much better there

This McDonald's is off Los Coches and has very little seating, but a giant playground with more seating by the playground. The food can be not the best like an overcooked hamburger or too much yolk on an egg. The prices are fair.

The amount of times i have gone to this McDonald's and it has not been cleaned. (Tables, bathrooms, playground) As well as the number of times i have gone and see staff outside smoking is ridiculous. It smells more like weed/vape smoke than burgers in here. No wonder they take forever to make our foods. They have more staff outside than inside. They need to get those people out and bring in new people who are willing to work and make the company proud. Another issue i have is when i have gone in (it's happened multiple times) family members (of the staff) come in after me and they order a lot of food. They don't pay and they get their food first. I have waited up to 40 mins for my food. That is very frustrating and unfortunate that i have addressed these issues before and nothing has been done.
