My girlfriend got cross contamination with peanuts and she has a severe allergy to peanuts even though she didnt touch any flavors with peanut and she had an allergic reaction because they didnt clean there machines properly

Unfortunately Menchies has gotten a bit too pricey 2 small cups of their frozen yogurt will cost you as much as a meal at some places.They use to have a coupon in monthly flyer guess that's gone. Nope it's a pass now for me other priorities to spend my $ on in this economy.

The ice cream and toppings were great. Only problem it smells like somebody used a dirty mop and dirty mop water to clean the floor and counters. The place smells horrible.

Good yogurt but bad customer service! Thecashier with the lip ring is so unfriendly…no hi,thank you or nothing not even a smile. We all have bad days but why ruin someone else’s.

We love menchies! My sons favorite place to get "ice cream" so he can add all his toppings. I think he wants more toppings than froyo.

Bottom Line: a clean, easy to use place with lots of options and fun flavors. I enjoy taking the kids because they can make their own thing, since it's charged by weight rather than size. The Good: clean, self-serve with tons of options, and lots of rotating flavors to choose from. They even have multiple offers depending on the day of the week. The Bad: no sampling to know if you actually like the more obscure flavors, not much seating if It's busy.

This review is for the customer service, not the product. I get the Dole Soft Serve Pineapple flavor every time with no toppings, and it's consistently good (and I almost feel like I'm at Disneyland enjoying a Dole Whip). Entering the store yesterday (late afternoon), there was one employee behind the register. No welcome, no hello, nothing. I filled two cups and headed to the scale. Again, no interaction from the employee. She looked angry (the two facial piercings and black nail polish didn't help) and looked irritated when I asked for a bag since I was getting the two cups to go. After I paid, I never got a thank you. I'll try my luck at other Menchie's before I got back here.

Really disappointed in customer service here. Card machine is not working and they only take small bills for cash. I had a $50 in my wallet and they refused service. Good luck with that business model.
