They are the only restaurant in Parkway Plaza that doesn’t offer a mall employee discount . Teriyaki House is just as good and they value their return customers more it seems .

Have been coming here for 4 years and never had bad customer service…until today 12/11/23 approx. 12:30 pm. the girl behind the counter was overwhelmed being alone I get it . The line barriers were up against the counter so I stood by them and when she was ready to take orders she purposely ignored me and started taking the order of the people next to me when I said I was next she rudely replied the line was over there then at checkout I asked for napkins and with an attitude she replied we are out that’s why the holder was empty…I eat lunch here at least 2 times a week and will now not come back

Only location I love coming to. The string beans is ALWAYS on point, other locations the string beans is tasteless & the sauce is watered down.I have a closer panda but love coming to this one.

Stopped in around 2:30pm 1/2/2023. Staff was horribly rude and pushy, food was not as good as any other Panda location I’ve ever had, oh and they deliberately gave us smashed cookies. Just all bad.

I'm stuck to my couch, clinching my stomach right now because of the lunch I had here earlier in the day. Got the usual 2 item combo with half rice half noodles, Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. I usually don't eat at the mall but was pressed for time. Won't make that mistake again. Thanks for the food poisoning! Trying my best to hold it down ?

Their portions have gotten so small! Pay more get less! I'm very disappointed with this and will not be going to any Panda Express anymore. I can see higher prices but not for less quantity! Sorry Panda Express Company, I'll find somewhere else.
I was in Elcajon and Saw a Panda Express. I wanted to test my therory regarding the local panda express by my house and it's extremely small portion size so I ordered a two entrée oh my God large portion sizes just like it used to be in the old days food tasted great so it's true the local panda express by my house gives a very small portion sizes in an attempt to make more money the other panda expresses deliver high-quality food at a fair value with large portion sizes

This the worse Panda!! Don't come here the food is nasty !! Unflavorable!! I got the broccoli n beef. And the broccoli was dark brown!! Rice dry af no favor. Mushroom chicken soggy and nasty mushrooms were not mushrooms!! Waste of money. I didn't eat crap!

Was greeted by a worker named Jay, he was so unpleasant to my picky 8 year old we choose not to spend our money here. He even had comments as we walked away, just bad customer service.

I love the broccoli beef and the honey walnut shrimp, ever is pretty delicious. I hope one day they will have an option to add meat to the fried rice/chow mein

I'm giving them one star because zero is not an option on Yelp. Very bad staff and super rude to costumers. They accused me of cutting the line at the cash register without even looking or asking if I have ordered or not and on top of that they charged me wrong. This is ridiculous that we give money to get food from idiots that are so unprofessional and don't care to have customers.
