From the moment I walked into the Starbucks located inside the Sycuan Casino, I knew I was in for a treat far beyond my usual coffee run. This wasn't just because of the familiar, comforting aroma of roasted coffee beans or the neatly organized display of delicious treats and colorful merchandise that greeted me. It was mainly because of Marie, a barista whose warmth and professionalism shone brightly. Marie's dedication to providing not just service, but an experience, was evident. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and seemed to remember regulars, adding a personal touch to each interaction that makes one feel like a valued part of the Starbucks community. As she crafted my drink, I observed Marie's meticulous attention to detail. She followed Starbucks' high standards to the letter, ensuring every espresso shot was perfectly pulled and every foam was frothed to perfection. The quality of the drink was impeccable--rich, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. But what set this visit apart was how Marie went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose a new drink to try, explaining the flavor profile and ingredients with expertise that showed her passion for her work. Marie even shared some tips on how to enjoy the complex flavors of my beverage, turning a simple coffee break into an unexpectedly delightful learning experience. The ambiance of the place, although nestled within the lively atmosphere of the casino, provided a haven of calmness where one could enjoy their coffee while taking a leisurely break from the excitement of the gaming floor. The sitting area was clean, comfortable, and inviting. In a bustling environment where everything moves at the rapid pace of a rolling dice, Marie's customer service reminded me that at the heart of hospitality lies the simple, timeless art of making people feel at home. Her proficiency, affability, and the sheer joy she takes in her job contribute greatly to a superior customer experience. This Starbucks outlet at Sycuan Casino, no doubt, offers a slice of reprieve and delight, but it's employees like Marie who leave a lasting impression long after the last sip. If you find yourself at Sycuan, do drop by this Starbucks and hope that you're lucky enough to be served by Marie - the jewel in their crown.

Extremely friendly as soon as you walk-in. It is a bit if a maze but I'm sure it is to Keep the line moving. The downfall of it being in the casino is not being able to use rewards, again, just like Vegas. Was able to place our order quickly and efficiently and recieved excellent service. I ended up changing my order and she was very accommodating before she made my drink. They are unable to take payment from the app, a physical credit card is needed as well as verification of ID. They are very efficient and adamant about applying the rules.

I just had the worst experiance. Is 330p. And they're training 2 employees at the same time. It took 15 minutes to get 1 drink. I would understand if this was a situation in which people were learning but with a large line of people they could of chosen a different time to teach. Marissa was complelty rude to the the trainee that she was training at the time ( Shukuria). Like I said I completely understand the first day environment but they completely disregarded the customer.
