I ordered DoorDash TWICE, both times the order was wrong!! I called and spoke with a young lady on 2/3/24 pm shift a Saturday!! She was professional and polite.. I came in the next morning (TODAY) and she made good on the bad experience!! Thank you ma’am!!!
I'm usually a fan of any Starbucks location. This one seemed to go the extra mile. They provide a barista pick, which is always super creative, and I've loved their creativity and efforts to provide something different for every palette and coffee style. This location gave additional options for their own barista's pick - further enhancing the experience for everyone. What tipped it off for me was the person at the window, Lizzy. Closest Starbucks to where I reside. Drive thru is available. Little bit of a wait for a beverage at times, other times in and out real quick. Always clean beverages that taste good and wake me up. Big team that works here-they seem productive. Overall a more positive than negative view of this Starbucks.
