Walked into an empty Subway, I am thr only customer. I order a meatball sandwich, but I am told they ran out of meatballs. I don't believe they ran out of meatballs because they have no customers.

220 w Main in el cajon California.The worst of any of the Subway Franchises, I order on line and on the especial instructions for your order, asked for what I wanted, everything on it, the kind of cheese, light mayo, extra pickles, extra olives , oil and vinegar....OMG... Nothing but the meat and few letters, and tomatoes,...When I got back to the restaurant the Hispanic employee was very unpleasant and assured me that I didn't request anything especially for the sandwiches, Good think that on the receipt was printed every ting I request, even though he keeps telling me that I didn't asked for anything, and I had to showed every single word and he still denying, so he finally added very little of my requested ingredients and so for. When I tried the tuna sandwich, it was so dry Nothing like the Subway tuna sandwiches that I ordered through the years....I don't like to give bad reviews but this employee really taken and deserves it.... the place looks not taking care of, and the letters,tomatoes and vegetables seems old ... I am also Hispanic and is a shame my people make us look bad, ...IF HE DOESN'T WANT OR LIKE HIS JOB , PLEASE LOOK FOR SOME OTHER JOB AND CHANGE THE ATTITUDE...

Poorly ran franchise. Food quality is low and the staff seem to be consistently unhappy. Only plus is they accept coupons because some of the other Subway franchises in town don't. Go to Jersey Mike's instead.

Worst subway I've ever been too. Got a sub last night 11/9/23 been sick since. Don't go here! Walked in and there were 2 sub on the floor that someone had thrown. I was thinking is was just a mad customer. Nope the sub was so poorly put together. The little Mexican dude that built mine was literally just throwing the toppings most missing the sub. I just went with it but shouldn't have considered it came back up within 2 mins of attempting to eat it. Will not being going back waste of money...

The Hispanic guy told me to cancel my online order bc they out of tuna… of course no greetings or smiles. I told him don’t mind to wait for him to make it he said no. And get me attitude bc i ask him to print me the receipt.. he let unfinished customer to jump me to pay.. they act super busy when it was only one customer plus the place is dirty.Never waste my time or money here again!NOT RECOMMENDED IT!

Ordered 2 footlongs online said 20 minutes pick up. When there at the time had to wait another 30 minutes to get it. Plus they ran out of sauce also. Server was rude attitude al that. People were walking out. Place was losing money fast. 3 other online orders were also waiting upset! Never again will I go here!

Ordered a veggie patty 12” sub from Grubhub and it was delivered with no veggie patty. Called the store and they said they don’t have any and never do. They haven’t notified Grubhub of this so I paid for something they don’t carry. I paid $11 for bread, mustard, and lettuce. It is the store’s responsibility to notify Grubhub if they don’t have certain products but this location decided to just rip people off. Don’t go to this store.

Ordered online on subway website. Went to pick up and they said my order was already picked up. I asked by whom. All they said is by someone that showed them my name. I showed them my email with my order#, order items and name. They said they could not redo the order. If I wanted the same order it would cost more in the store because they don't offer the online only deal of buy 1 foot long and get 2nd foot long 50% off. They also said this happens all the time.The worker also told me story about how he got his paycheck money stolen of the amount of $4k. He mentioned they get paid with money cards instead of direct deposit or paychecks.I have ordered here in the past and have had minor issues with the sandwiches missing avocado or bacon. One of the big problems they have at this location is the put the completed pick up sandwich orders on a rack right at the entrance and the orders have the names on them. I've picked up my orders in the past and all they ask is for the name and no ID. What's to stop people from just walking in and see the name and say that's mine.

I just get here to this subway at 8:52PM and the girl who works her she reject to make me a sandwich and she said she that they’re close already and so if your trying to get your food late from this subway get it early and the owner should take care of this

We have eaten at this subway in the past, and it was average. The bread is slightly over-toasted, but it still tasted decent. Today, however, we walked in, and there was no employees behind the counter or in the back room. We stood around, waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up, yelling out periodically to see if anyone was there, but no one came. Will not go back to this location and will not recommend.
