Horrible place to get subway!!! I ordered subway through the app. Then, when I got to the store, I asked the employee to change the ingredients and he refused. I asked him to cancel the order and he stated, "the system doesn't let him to cancel the order". I couldn't cancel it from the app, so I asked him for the manager's phone number or the corporate to help me cancel the order. He gave me the manager's phone number which I called her directly and she said that the employee should be able to cancel the order from the system. Avoid going to this place!!!! The employee doesn't know what's he's doing.

That Arabic girl there has the most terrible actitud, I ask for avocado on my subway then she put on a bad avocado was looking disgusting black then I ask her Can you please try another one, and she reply very rude, and refused to put on a good avocadoCome on since you charger extra why would I want to eat bad black disgusting avocado!!!!

Subways in the el cajon area are all trash. One employee can't run your entire restaurant. I watched as in the amount of time one sandwhich was made about 6 people got sick of waiting and walked out the door, this is a daily all day issue, about 80% of their customers walk out the door, a restaurant that does not understand you need more than one employee is a restaurant that does not understand cleanliness, accuracy, freshness, politeness and especially not running out of pruduct AKA Subway. The owner should sell to someone who cares and isn't trashy.

First off I’m in the food industry and never leave reviews but something needs to change here. I went in this morning to try subway (haven’t been in a while) and see what the new sliced meats were about. There were two female employees who didn’t greet me at all and were carrying on in a conversation. I stood ready to place my order for about a minute while they carried on the conversation and finally took my order (while still carrying on the conversation). I ordered a simple turkey provolone on wheat untoasted lettuce tomato onion and mayo with oil and vinegar. She put the mayo on top of the lettuce and tomato for some reason? Charged me the 699 and I put two dollars in the tip jar. Not even a thank you? They just carried on with their conversation. Getting back to my car I was incredibly dissatisfied with the whole sandwich. Nothing tasted fresh and the bread definitely was baked the day before and tasted stale. I had wished I ate there because I would definitely have had them remake it. All in all disappointed in the quality of food and service. I’ve been in the industry 15 years and the quality of employees here was definitely lacking. I’ll try another location and see if it’s what I remember subway use to be. If not, I guess I’ll be a jersey mikes customer for life.

So long story short we left the gym we decided to get something small we get subway I ordered it only the food 3/10 because we saw a long hair in my sandwich I threw it away I didn’t even ate it the item was wrong too they didn’t even tossed the bread and the bread was wrong it was disaster I end up spending 20+$ for nothing I like subway but they need to do better at least wear hair net or something I hope the owner see this and let the employees do better job next time

I order today a ham and turkey with provolone and it was the worst sandwich I have ever had I thought I was eating a veggie sandwich I couldn’t even taste the meat and barely colluded see the meet and cheese! Beware if your ordering on line they put the least amount of meat and cheese all veggies! I will stick with JERSEY Mikes never again!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Yes I got a vegetarian sandwich no meat or cheese!!!!!

All I can say is we ordered a sandwich from this location. The bread was so hard and crumbly that I threw the sandwich away.

This is the last time I will get sandwiches from this particular Subway store. The past 2 orders one or more sandwiches will have stale and crumbly bread and very light on the toppings. Tonight was the last straw. 5 sandwiches and they all have stale bread!! What a waste of money and food.

Props to the manager for trying to coach his team; however, there is a time and a place. He should have read the room first and realized the staff was already confused and busy with orders and to call them out twice in front of guests is just crazy. Especially since the 2nd thing he tried to coach on he was guilty of himself. Did you realize your customers were cold too? Turn on the heat.Oh wow 3rd call out right in front of guests. He was hogging the computer so a lady that came into her shift couldn't clock in and he reprimanded her for it! Oi. Will not be coming back to eat.

Decided to give another (3) try, but nope. Ordered 30min ahead for pickup on the way to a hike with my family , only to have the employee tell me that she wasn't ready and was going to make everyone in lines sandwiches before she could get to me. There were 4 people now "ahead" of me and the already 30min essentially wasted.I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches, and 1 was a completely different sandwich than ordered and another was so goopy, that after 2 bites was thrown away.It was a total waste of my time & money. It threw off our entire schedule.Kid-friendliness: Not quick or detail oriented
