Just ordered pick up. Ordered 1 1/2 hours before scheduled pick up. Get to the restaurant and asked to wait. 10 minutes later she makes my order after helping other customers. Mind you I am on a 1/2 lunch break. I had asked for light mayo and mustard. The sand which had condiments oozing out the side. I am very disappointed with this location. Will drive further to get better service

Food tastes as expected, though they are consistently out of staple items and typically put on half the amount of veggies other subways use. Tables are never wiped down after use, facilities is maintained at minimum, and they don’t have water cups if you ask for one. I have visited this location for 10 years and it’s disappointing the owners believe less for the customer is more for them. This is my first time feeling necessary to write a review for a business. Disappointed

Tried the On-line app & it kept freezing.Went to the store and was told nothing could be done. Finally got the order to go through & had an order #Was told there was still nothing that could be done, even after the gift card was charged. All we got was the Machine will ding when it goes through.Order finally went through.Horrible experienceWill not go back there.

I guess I can spend 10 minutes to babysit them just so the order comes out just like it should. I get 5 subs, 4 of which are exactly the same. How they mess this up is beyond me.

It's 8pm an hr before closing an they're out of pretty much everything also the young girl was on the phone while making as well as cussing so a bit unprofessional .

Tried to go today (a Saturday at 5:15 PM) and the door was locked. The sign said "open" and the lights were on but the door was locked with no note or explanation and the place looked empty. Unfortunately this has happened to me multiple times at this location. Not really sure why this location is still open with all the bad reviews it gets.

Just placed an order online with my last few dollars in my bank. Turns out they didnt have any ingredients for my subs. They gave me a refund that I will be recieving in 2 days. Thanks alot what a terrible day.

This is by far the worst ran subway I have ever seen… every time I go there they don’t have wraps, they don’t have bowls for salads… They don’t have avocados, they have been out of vegetables on numerous occasions… Terrible

3rd or 4th time here, and the subs I ordered online weren't only not ready on-time, I still had to wait an extra 30min wait. Finally got the subs and they were all wrong.Cold, messy and not one of 3 was right. And its like that every time,You will just get different servers.If you are trying to order from here, I recommend calling n, because I am sorry but it's never right, and the girl doing the subs, was very rude today.

the ladys working here are very nice and reassuring always welcoming everyone in, they make sure your sandwich is perfected to your liking. best time to come in is in the morning when everything is freshly put out. i also enjoy this store because the employees interact with you and wish you a good day.

Employee told me they don't have water cups. You don't serve fresh iced tea, so I'm not gonna buy a fountain drink.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this place and both times they've messed up my order. This time was the worst of the 2. I ordered a 12" for myself and a 6" for my wife. Guess who got the 12"? Right my wife! She doesn't eat that much so I was bummed as I hadn't eaten all day. Plus she said all the meats tasted the same and that they actually had no taste. They sit out instead of being sliced to order. This was the Italian sandwich so you would think the meat would be very tasty. She told me to never go here again as it's not worth the price. I have to agree but am sorry as it's so convenient to work. I'm giving 1 extra star as they had it ready on time but they put allot of onions when I wanted none.
