I just wanted to share my experience with my drive through order. The lady who took my order is absolutely a doll! I really miss the verde salsa and she brought me the verde from the line (which was honestly delicious)Just wanted to recognize her superior customer service! I didn’t get her name but I went through the drive through around 10pm!

There 11/25/2023 around 10:30 pm. I was actually blown away by the service l. The receipt said Dale W took care of us. He was a young man in a hat. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt and genuinely left us in a better mood than when we pulled up.

We went and ordered like 10 tacos, nacho cheese and 2 large Fries and a burrito. When we got home there was no Nacho cheese and fries was only one small and the tacos there was barely anything in them. Bad customer service this is a really bad location to order food from

Didn't like vibe. No one in the front to greet looked deserted. Order off kiosk. Took a long time to get taco and tiny burrito.
Taco shells were soggy, tasted old, and all 5 were broken!

I just went through drive thru and I got 2 5 later burritos and asked for no sour cream and nacho cheese and it was on both I called the store rn and the phone is not available could you please get back at me.
