I usually order from here once in a while. I love Taco Bell, especially when it's Nacho Fries season. But I'm quite confused if this would be a large. Like I paid 3 bucks for this? Overall, it's still good but I wished it was more for the price I paid.

They have been understaffed for a while, never enough people working, so they are always busy. They want you to order at the kiosks and leave them alone. Good luck if you need a straw or something, you have to jump the counter or something to get their

This place used to be the bees knees! Now, not so much. I think new ownership has really taken a dump on this place, but the service is still 5* all the way, 6 if I could.

Getting better every visit. Speed of the drive thru gets better and better. Chalupa time. Drive thru was packed but moving. Melvin and Khori did a great job, asked me to do the survey.

I told her why can't you come and help me... ur just standing there...and she just rolled her eyes at me and started to walk towards me...this is the manager of this establishment we are talking about!LEAD BY EXAMPLE... she was walking towards me I walked out and left, I'm the customer I don't understand why I wasn't getting an attitude from her...because I wanted to place an order?...Me a person that runs a company, they have no customer service skills and extremely rudeHigher Management need to do something about this...
