I was there today at 3:02 to pick up a grubhub order when i drove to the window employee just stared at me and completely ignored me. Horrible Customer service. I feel sorry for the customer that had to be waiting .

The girl I gave my online order information to was a delight, but the one who handed me my order was very unfriendly. I was just handed my food and drink without a single word other than the two that I got when I initiated communication. Me: “Is that everything?” Cashier: “Yes.” Me: “Excellent. Have a good day.” Cashier: “Bye.” That was it. I have never felt so rushed to get out of there. The food wasn’t even that great. The potatoes in my spicy potato soft taco were crunchy like they were cooked a little too long. They’re normally nice and soft, but this was just… bad. The other two items in my order were rather bland tasting. The only thing that tasted okay was the Starry soda. The whole experience figuratively left a foul taste in my mouth. As a result, I don’t feel inclined to return.

Taco ? Bell has an excellent selection of which I have savored several times. The "Chalupa Box", for $5.00 you get a taco, Chalupa, Burrito, Cinnamon Twists and a Drink. MORE BANG for your buck Spirit Tribe!! Give it a whirl.Great professional, courteous service, atmosphere and food.Note to the Store Manager - Who is that crusty old security guard who hangs out there? Does he ever leave the restaurant? He works for "Security Alliance", but he needs to go and here's why -I spend money ? everytime I enter the restaurant. You store manager have seen me and we've had conversation, you even complimented me as a valued customer. But this security guard harasses me everytime I'm in the restaurant. He also asks VERY PERSONAL QUESTIONS like how much money ? do I have? What I have and how much is NO one's business but my own, I'm sure you'd agree. You need to let the company know this guard needs an attitude adjustment or remove him. He is very unprofessional and not a people person.
Order online my order is not right. Pizza is smashed and manage says that is the way we bag it. That is how we are trained ?

I absolutely love the grilled cheese burrito!Kind of wish Taco Bell offered the grilled cheese burrito box but I guess we all can't have what we want now can we? lolFor the most part you can get anything that Taco Bell offers here and there's plenty of different drink varieties.I never had any issues.And there's plenty of parking with handicap accessible spots as well.Don't forget to download the Taco Bell app! You can get better deals on the app then you can walking in or through the drive-thru.

Go to open door it's locked so I go to drive thru. They then ask me to go in store and say door is broken even though there is no sign. Walk in and see an inch of dust. Manager here should be fired
