Searching for a quick breakfast place on our way through SanDiego and this was the best place! We had an option to sit inside or outside. We chose inside and were seated immediately. Our waitress Savannah was on it! We ordered coffee and blinked and it was at the table. Food was out extremely fast as well. We had two different egg Benedict's and two kids meals. No complaints here on taste. Everything was hot and perfect' They also had a menu if you have a dog with you, so cute. Overall delicious, great service, and I would highly recommend.

This our go to brunch the crowds hit at 10:30 am on a Saturday but we went at 9:44 no wait time. To each his own, time when the bell rings for you. We had classic eggs Benedict with extra hollandaise sauce delicious as always. Staff is great they share duties as a team.

It can be surprisingly great or not so. Depending what you order and how much time you have. There was a point where I was commuting and found myself regularly enjoying early bird specials without disappointment. On other occasion's, I'm known for ordering up something I've never had before (eating outside the box so to speak). 80% of the time I was pleasantly surprised, the other 20...been there done that.. overall value is good. Service is good. Weekdays are good. Stay away from crowded weekends.

This place never fails to have good brunch food and mimosas - the service however has not been good to me. Im a tipper and in my last two visits have had to give the busboy all the tips. The waitresses seem to serve other customers with invigoration, yet I have been seemingly ignored by them. I'll continue to tip out the bussers!! Im black and my family is usually the only black folks in there so yes I feel some kinda way lol.

My complaint is about the coffee cup size and the water cup size, they are extremely small and they don’t come around to fill them often enough. This is part of the reason why I prefer not to eat at the broken yolk.Dietary restrictions: They do have make your own omelette with a side of fruit instead of hash browns.
Great little breakfast restaurant and service. Coffee was good,feta avacado toast delicious. Nice atmosphere, clean and convenient. Closes at 2:00 so be happy with breakfast and lunch.

For a most excellent dinning experience try the "Broken Yoke Cafe". Excellent service, home made soups and serene atmosphere. I had the homemade chicken soup, most excellent. It's still an hour before closing so it's not so busy. To avoid crowds and waiting for your order after 10 am or after 12 best times.

I ordered omelet and English muffin. Got my order quick but it's horrible the English muffin is warm but so hard to brake . The pumper very bland, no taste whatsoever. I will not be ordering from this place again
