The BEST wrap I've ever had. My husband and I moved to the area and it was one of the first places we tried, unfortunately it's currently closed down a week or two after eating here . Every time I drive by it I get sad thinking of how I'll never get another Vera Cruz wrap!

this is the worst place i’ve been to. if i could i’d give it 0 starts. Management is horrible, customer service is horrible and the food isn’t good. also overpriced. Don’t waste ur money on them, go somewhere else.

We love wrap shack! The employees are all super friendly. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken wrap, Sante Fe wrap, or chicken caesar wrap! Such an awesome place and we're always happy with the service/food!

Amazing Vegan Chicken Strips, tastes just like the real thing. Great treat for the end of the week, but I wouldn't go here all the time. A single wrap is 13$ with no sides included, extremely expensive. The wraps aren't that big, so you'll still be left hungry. Still amazing food, their bowls are great too. Definetly a treat to eat.

Had their wrap for lunch one time and it was absolutely delicious, definitely would love to see more of these places around San Diego, because I’ve been craving this place fire awhile now

Waited for about half an hour for my order. When I finally got it I looked at what was supposed to be a vegan wrap and thought it looked suspicious so I went back in to the store just to confirm that it was indeed VEGAN chicken. The girl at the counter barely looked at it and instead pulled up the receipt on her ipad and told me: "yeah you ordered the VEGAN vera cruz." The girl who claimed to have made it confirmed this to be the case. Well I know that's what I ordered however it looked like real chicken but what do I know. Get home and not only is it real chicken, it has bacon on it. I know this may not be a huge issue for some but I'm a practicing Buddhist and haven't eaten meat in almost 5 years so my stomach is pretty upset. (Ate several bites before I got to the bacon...) In addition to this they forgot the juice and side with my daughter's meal. Wife said hers was "meh" and the whole bag smelled like a mildew towel. Won't be coming back.

Everyone who knows me knows I'm a huge wrap lover, put anything in a wrap and I'm happy! I ordered - VEGAN VOLCANO: The portion size was on point! I loved the freshness of every single ingredient. I would've liked it more if the carrots were a bit more boiled/ soft because everything else had great texture but other than that everything flowed super well. A plus to this would've been having spicy salsa! VEGAN BREAKFAST BOWL: Serving size was great! The main ingredient that stood out to me in this dish were their sweet potatoes, I'm a s***** for sweet potatoes so this was bomb. Overall, I like how they have so many vegan options, I'm not vegan but something about a place having a whole menu for vegans definitely intrigued me. Their customer service was nice, it was actually kinda funny because when my friend & I were ordering there were like 5 employees at the register just listening to us order lol. Def will be back!

Had the tuna avocado wrap. Was poorly seasoned and dry. I bit on something hard that I couldn’t tell what it was. Do not recommend.
You cannot go wrong here. The wraps are so good--my favorite. They have plenty of other options too. You can go healthy or get something extra tasty. It's really up to you. All of the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and work efficiently to ensure your food comes out quickly and taste delicious.

So the owner knows who was working, my son and I dropped in for a late lunch on July 5th around 3:15pm. The male behind the counter looked at us as we approached. I said hello, and he said nothing. He just turned and walked away. There was a girl who looked like she was on her break standing next to the counter, and she ignored us as well while laughing with her co-worker who remained hidden at that point. Then, her co-worker (another female) appeared, told us to call out to her if we need anything, and then she turned her back and walked away. The girl on break then joined her colleague out of site and continued to laugh about something. We were left alone at the counter while all employees were in the back. At that point we lost all confidence that whatever we ordered would be correctly and professionally made. We also felt like they didn't really care if we were there or not. We decided to leave and not to spend any more time in, or any money on, this establishment. The owner or manager needs to train his employees to make the customers feel welcome when they arrive. If they can't be trained, then hire better folks. These employees ignored us at worst and at best made us feel like we were bothering them with our presence. The only reason I did not give them 1 star is that it's possible the food is good. However, I'll never know as I won't return.

Always love my food from The Wrap Shack, but to me the crew is what truly makes a place a reason to frequent. Alí was a helpful team member and makes for fun conversation, thanks Wrap Shack. And the Thai Chicken wrap is my "go to"

The employee was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The three stars are for the blasting music that was so loud that I finally had to leave. I was hesitant to ask them to turn it down because maybe I'm of an older generation and found that the music ruined my experience Next time I visit, I will get the order to go.

This place is healthy and good! Fresh, quick and lots of vegan options. They also even have separate cutting boards/cooking areas for meat vs veg which is really nice and shows they care. 4 stars bc i think it could be a lil more flavorful
