The cashier was nice, but could not understand how to split pay cash & card. Food was just what I expected lol. It's Wendy's went across the country living on biggie boxes, so when it comes to Wendy's I'll always have a little bias and cut them some slack.
Carmen is a super star! We were very sad because the app did not load our rewards. Carmen assisted with our phone, and we got our hard earned fries! The food is hot,fresh, and appetizing. Thank you Carmen, amazing customer care!!

The food was good but the staff were preoccupied with their patrons in drive thru more so than the patrons on the inside. It took an extremely long time to be served & the place was empty. The server put the food in a take out bag & did not give us a tray. We were obviously eating inside...they also only gave us two napkins. Who uses one napkin at Wendy's? We had to ask for more...
