Are most occasions their food is excellent and deliciously prepared my only take away is sometimes it's not as good as the last visit but other than that it's still usually good sometimes you'll even get an extra piece or two I just don't like when they count your pieces and one of them is extra small other than this epic wings is a tasty and delicious treat especially their breadsticks

The guy who took my order his name is Esteban, such a bad customer service and very rude attitude. I do not prefer this location this person ruined every customers mode, I mean it’s a Sunday and we came to watch the game and get food with the way he took order and showed attitude was unprofessional. I have always ate epic wings at different locations this is first time in running into this rude person. Epic wings stuff management please take care of this and keep your loyal customers.

New automated service is ridiculous, and every time you try and talk with a team member the line is busy. Second time I've ordered through DoorDash and haven't had something included in my order! Tried calling multiple times just keep getting busy tone. Now had to order just my breadsticks that I didn't receive and pay another tip and delivery charge! You guys are really messing up.
