Awful experience. Does not appear our waitress understands her job. She ignored us and a 20 minute lunch was an hour just waiting for her to reappear.She brought my soup before my salad, no big deal, but I waited for the salad and didn’t eat the soup for 15 minutes. Then I waited 10 minutes for utensils after that. Then another 15 minutes I asked for more soup, because it was cold, I got so much chip strips I had to pull it out to find the soup. Crazy. Not a good chili’s to come to.

I like the food and service is always great but it's a bit too loud for my liking. This doesn't reflect on the overall atmosphere but my preference. Great for family gathering and friends.
Curbside order. The MEDIUM RARE steak I ordered was FULLY WELL DONE. This is the 3rd time this happens and I'm finally done giving this restaurant any more chances. The brocolli was wilted and eother cut up or mishandled so much so they ended up as super miniature destoryed pieces of brocolli. I took pictures and had to throw the plate away. Such a frustrating disappointment and waste of my money. Never again.

Everything was good in terms of service and atmosphere, but not the food, we ordered the Fajita Trio and the meat had a very hard texture to eat and was very seasoned, the chicken and the shrimp could be said to be good. I have eaten at different restaurants of this chain, both Arizona and California, and this is the first time I have not liked a dish.
They just don't have decaffeinated coffee and I wish there were more snack options that you can easily substitute and make changes easily.

Melissa and Alannis are the most helpful and always polite with a smile on their face. Hard workers and very active in their job. Great service. Good times and great vibes is what they bring. Both times they assisted my wife and I greatly.
