All the reviews that are posted I've seen have been over a year ago. I feel the customer service has improved with the new hires and the ice cream is always delicious. For having nothing in the valley, I think this is one of the best things to have. Setting inside the store is usually clean.
The cookies and cream ice cream tasted like bland over sweetened plastic, but the chocolate was good. The staff seemed more concerned about talking to each other than the customer. We didn't have our minds made up right away, and our server walked away several times throughout our order. The service was friendly but I wanted a waffle cone and got a waffle cup. The ice cream was decent and the location had seating indoors. They also sell caramel apples, cold cakes and treats. Three stars is the appropriate review scoring.
