Ordered from FujiSan due to hearing great reviews. However, first and last time ordering from here. Ordered chicken teriyaki and the chicken was totally reheated. Had that horrible reheated look and taste. Ordered 3 sushi rolls and no sauces what so ever. Unless you want reheated food, try somewhere else.

This is my favorite restaurant in the entire Valley. The food is exquisite, authentic, and fresh. I have a big fear of getting food poisoning, especially from seafood --- I won't eat seafood or raw fish anywhere else in the Valley because no establishment comes close to the level of quality Fujisan consistently delivers. The owner, Wesley, is always kind and welcoming. I love their seasonal desserts and sake selection. My spouse and I love it here and hope for many more years of Fujisan! ?

Went with three of my friends yesterday, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great and all is Japanese owned and imported. The fish tasted amazingly, and the food couldn't get any more authentic. I don't normally leave reviews of restaurants, but I really felt like going the extra mile. Excellent service and wonderful staff, would definitely go again.

The food was amazing, didn't wait long to be seated or even served..The prices are reasonable compared to other sushi places in the valley.

This is the best sushi place I've encountered in the imperial valley! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients, as I have been very disappointed in many other places in this area.

It’s the best restaurant in El Centro. I have been staying in El Centro for a year now and have been here at least a dozen times. All their sushi is amazing. Servers are great. If I could carry this restaurant on my back to LA I would.Highly recommend the salmon belly nigiri with a veggie tempura roll and a spicy yellowtail or Futomaki as a good set up. Their dinner combos are also solid, the salmon collar is my personal favorite. The Hokkaido scallops or anything that comes on a basalt tray are really prime choices as well.

The food is ok, but the owner is the most disrespectful and unprofessional owner and staff I’ve ever seen! Go to Mexicali or San Diego if you want to get great sushi with a great staff…also do not plan an event here unless the owner knows you have money or else he and the staff treat you like a disease. Watch him reply back like he cares…..can’t wait.

I am from orange county and was wondering if the sushi was good quality here in the valley. I was pleasantly impressed. The sushi was absolutely delicious. We ordered the gs roll, yellow tail carpaccio, salmon sashimi, dynamite roll, garlic edamame, gyoza, and miso soup. The service was excellent, the food came out in a timely manner. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants here and can't wait to come again!

I'm from long beach visiting here for work. I thought there was no way this city would have quality sushi, I was wrong. I actually came here two days in a row. The first day they had run out of my favorite cut of fish, as I showed up later in the day. The server let me know that the more rare cuts are limited as most people don't get them. When I came in the next day, they had actually prepared more of that fish just for me. I ordered yellowtail belly, red snapper, Hokkaido Scallops, Salmon, and Blue fin Tuna. All cuts were exceptional and they didn't skimp either. Reccomend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic Japanese food, we tried several sushi rolls and nigiri and they hit the spot. Yes, they are in the desert, but don't let that fool you and think you can't have a great sushi experience. The service was friendly and very good, we tried many of the owner's recommendations and they were all delicious. The ambiance and very chill, serene. I highly recommend checking the place out.
