Mediocre burritos at best. Small for the price. Jose Taco in Vista, CA or nearly any taco shop in Tucson, AZ are more authentic and better value. Will try different taco shop in El Centro or Yuma when making the trip through the desert again.

The food was alright. The chilaquiles and the breakfast burrito were nothing to write home about. Its in the middle between Taco Bell and good Mexican food.The atmosphere is good and they have lots of seating though! Jose, the cashier, was really friendly and helpful.

Sometimes new employees gives you your order missing something. It has happened to me multiple times, Sometimes wrong orders. Like a burritos same burrito, but wrong stuff inside.
I got a chicken burrito and it tasted like it was boiled instead of grilled. No flavor.

I had a Chorizo and Egg Burrito and a Quesadilla the Burrito gave me all day indigestion due to cheap Chorizo no green salsa the Red Salsa lacked flavor and waterie the Quesadilla was small and lacked cheese. Small portions at a premium price . The Sweet tea was Bad you can taste the tap water which leads me to believe they have a dirty water filter or no filter . I do not recomend this place.

I love johnnys but the worker must have been so stupid or deaf because i asked for one carne asada fries and one fries w cheese and avocado sauce and she only gave me the carne asada fries.. and i had already left cause i was in a rush. Other than that love the food.
