Came through the drive through on my lunch , then the lady asked if I can i wait in the front parking lot .. I asked how will it take for a one Carnitas burrito ? She said 15 minutes . So I said if I could have refund because I couldnt wait ... she got some guy and he said we can't do refunds only store credit .. I said open the cash register and grab $8 it's that easy. He said he couldn't and if I could wait.... I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering here. Isnt the drive through supposed to be faster ? Now I'm worried that they do something to my burrito .

Both my husband and I had shrimp cocktails. They were ok nothing to brag about. The fish tacos were good except it was served with one tortilla, which fell apart quickly after putting all the fixings. The tacos of Tripas were not good, the tripas were not cooked crispy. They were soft and raw looking. The free consumme was good as always.

Very rude service and clean before closing time. I asked for extra toppings and they responded very rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend.

This place sucks I ordered 25 min ago drive thru . I still haven't received my order I don't even think I'm hungry anymore this place is was just as disappointing as the other location

First time trying this place and we loved it all!! A huge shout out to the waitress who did a great job juggling many families & working real hard until an extra staff member arrived to help her. She was super friendly and helpful as she gave us her recommendations. She kept apologizing but she did an amazing job all alone helping all of us out. Also good job to the cook in the back, everything was so good. We had tacos, tostadas de ceviche, a chabela and a quesadilla. We are glad we tried this place finally!!

I order over the phone and asked for Caldos. They said they did not have caldo de pollo so they said they had caldo de Res. When I got to the restaurant, they had menudo, which is not what I ordered. I told the lady I had ordered caldo de res and she wanted to argue stating I had not. I didn't mind paying for another plate, but she was really rude along with another of her coworkers. She ended swapping the plate, when I got my ordered I said thank you however did no receive a response from them. This is the first and last time I order from this place.

BE CAREFUL. THIS PEOPLE ARE THIEVES and FRAUDULENT. We are a military family that ordered food on January 31st, and when we got there, they were closed. They never mentioned they were about to close, but they DID take our money. We called the next day to get our money back, and they offered us the food which we OBVIOUSLY did not want it because we don't trust them anymore, so they said the manager was not there to do the refund, and the took our phone number to call us, but they never called. So we went to the busines to get our money back the next week, but they said the manager was not still there and will be come back the next Monday. So we called them again and they gave us a lot of excuses and said they don't refund after 14 days, and that their manager still wasnt there, which we don't believe. They're very shady. It is not even the money because it is not that much, but it is the feaud, lies, scam, and robbery what make us mad. After calling several times, they just said the WILL NOT refund our money. Scammers.
Be careful, my kids got food poisoning on 2 separate occasions from here. Sometimes we even get moldy lemons when we order, you can clearly see through the bags of condiments as they are in sandwich bags and they still hand them out, if they over look this I should assume they over look other things. It only hit my kids because they like the fish tacos from there but no more

I have ordered carne asada burrito with guacamole and it is ok but if I order carne asada burrito with guacamole on the side not inside the burrito they give me agua mole and I tell them I want the real chunky guacamole and they tell me I have to pay extra, this is total BS !!! they are very stingy with the salsa also, they only give you one salsa and it is not even full, it is half full. It is not worth coming to this place, I have had several similar incidents here. I don't recommend this place, there are better places with better service, customer service is terrible here !!!!

fish tacos the best but they changed corn tortilla to cardboard cuz I take a bite on my fish taco and tortilla doesn't seem quite chewable Before cardboard tortilla they were bomb!!!!!
