I ordered curbside.. they handed me my drinks in a wet cup holder. I told the young man if he could change the cup holder h said it should be fine. Well it wasn’t all 4 drinks fell through wetting all my clothes. I called to complain and all the manager could say was “And” . Not even a we are sorry or I’ll talk to the employee. Really!

I ordered a big breakfast food was great when I ordered I had told the order taker that I wanted an extra syrup and I said I'd pay for the extra if I had to so I went first window paid second window I asked the girl is there two syrups in there and she told me no and I said okay well I want another syrup and she didn't say a word to me left came back with the bag and just handed it to me and she was a manager. You could draw your own conclusions

Extremely overpriced. $15.45 for hotcakes, sausage burrito, small dr pepper, and medium diet coke.Service:The tables are all dirty and unkept, the men's bathroom has a urinal and a stall. The faucet is automatic, but has trouble detecting your hand. Also forgot hot sauceAtmosphere:Very little space, tons of people. Would be 2 or 3 stars if it was atleast kept clean. Limited parking outside, always busy, cause it's the only McDonald's in the area.Overall:Worst McDonald's in the state, maybe even the country. Uptown San diego is way more urban, and it's cheaper, tastes better, and isn't dirty. This location takes long, tastes horrible, and is way over priced. 1.2 stars.DO NOT GO HERE!!!(Unless your name is albert)Parking: Little to no parking available, it's always full.

Been going here for over a year now. Some days are better than others which is understandable for the good&bad staff. What really irks me is that they NEVER have anything ready to drive off with from the drive thru. It doesn't matter if it's the slow part of the day, peek hour for certain items, it doesn't matter. I could understand the wait if the food was always fresh but half the time the fries aren't even cooked all the way. Every other McDonalds I visit never has this issue. I love the food and it's very convenient that this location is close to home but after have to park and wait longer for a simple order of French fries I think I'm gonna drive the extra time to a location that knows how to run an efficient drive thru
The service to me personally seems lacking, since luckily for me, whenever I arrive to pick up my orders in curbside, they always take a long time, unlike the drive thru, since it is a little fasterParking: Has a good amount of parking spaces
