Juice Haus was closed so I decided to try a new place out. The drive thru is super tight, the açaí is alright, and it’s overpriced. Honestly very hard to compare to juice haus because it’s the only açaí place I’ve liked so far in San Diego and el centro.

This page is great. This selection and reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions because I needed something after dental work.

All smoothies are vegan, we got Mayan smoothie, made of chocolate chips, almond milk and banana seasoned with cardamon, which was very very chocolate-y , so it's really good for you if you like chocolate. I will try next time the Pura Vida, that sounds like a great combination with coconut water. I'm glad to find a good smoothie place on El Centro. It's great to see that people here want also healthy options.Vegetarian options: Plant-based smoothies and other options.

Juices are good, great service too just a bit too expensive imo. $20 for a juice and a sandwich it's a lot particularly the sandwiches you are paying for mostly bread, very little turkey and veggies inside. If you are looking for a healthy sandwich this is not it, paying for carbs.

Always tasty and one of the healthier places to have a snack! Their sandwiches are so good too but today we opted for the Mocha Cold Brew, açaí bowl, green maquina, and Green Kalium! Good service and fast! Thank you Shake and Wake!

This is my go to shop local spot!!! I get the veggie sanwhich with chicken.(My bad vegetarians.?) I just wish they had beet root on deck. It's beneficial for all beings enriching blood and benefits blood flow.

No other choices in town for this type of açaí but they still a great Job even without the competition

So slow, been waiting here for about 30 mins in the drive thru. Building is in a really weird spot with an awkward drive thru u turn thing to get from the ordering window to the pickup window. I saw 2 cars hit the curb in front of me and I almost hit my window.I tried ordering on foot at first but they refused to serve walk-ups so I had to use the nightmare drive thru.I got the Mayan smoothie but it was just a banana chocolate milkshake and was super sweet. $18 for 2 drinks too felt like a ripoff

do not come here. shake and wake more like caca and more caca. they put RATS in the SOUP!!! they don’t even sell soup, owner insisted i try the soup… but it was RAT SOUP BRO COOKED HIS RATS!!!????
Very expensive, for what it is. One drink was fine, the other was medicinal. Red something. Either way, not the most pleasant of experiences. Will not be back. I'm not sure what all the hype is about

I went the other day because as I have heard of the delicious and nutritious smoothies this place has to offer, after ordering the mayan smoothie I noticed it was way too much chocolate and had a foul taste. My stomach did not approve I was occupied in the bathroom for hours.

My first time here, the cashier was polite and knowledgeable. The Matcha Bowl is delicious and the mocha she made was fantastic. If you plan on tipping but don't have cash, be sure to tip them before your order.Only peeve is the narrow driveway they have, but they were kind enough to forewarn me of it.Great job Shake N Wake, I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped by the last time I went to El Centro. I wanted something light, and the green smoothie was delicious! I'll definitely be back

One of my fave spots, been here a few times and the young ladies working here are always so pleasant and give great service ☺️ I would give five stars if it wasn’t for the set up, the way the drive up was built is inconvenient. I always need to reverse and adjust because the U turn it has it’s built pretty bad. Also, the counters are so far out to where the worker and I have to reach out far to hand the food.
