Customer service is awful, no acknowledgement or help. Third I've went here and they just chat it up with other workers. And when they actually are doing drinks they work extremely slow.

First the barista tells me Java chip Frappuccinos don't come with mocha inside... I worked for Starbucks for years & was a barista trainer, it most definitely comes with mocha. Then during the entire transaction after that, she's too busy talking to her coworker during the shift change to pay attention to me asking questions about my method of payment. Finally, she forgot special modifications on our drink cause she was too busy talking with her coworker the entire time while making the drinks. Poor service. Poor quality of drinks. Probably would not return here for Starbucks, much more worth it to go out of your way a couple minutes down the road to a real Starbucks that operates with an actual standard of quality.

This Starbucks is not my regular location but it definitely serves a purpose for when I'm at that location. I prefer locations that have a drive through and this one is more for getting a quick beverage or food item inside.

Starbucks should be named five bucks because nothing is less then five bucks they got good coffee but need to lower prices, and can the wokeness.
